need some suggestions.
what are the best spec currently available, for recording and mixing purposes.
like :-
1) processor
2) motherboard
3) RAM
4) power supply unit
5) hard disk
6) CPU Fan ( i.e: Zalman low noise kinda type?)
7) Graphic card
if there's anything else u think should be considered, feel free to add em in aite?
The aim is to outline the specs for the best specs u can get in the market today to build your ultimate DAW oryour dream DAW

This is my dream
1) processor = Intel CORE i7 975 EXT S1366 3.33GHZ
2) motherboard = ASUS P6T Deluxe V2, Intel X58
3) RAM = RAM 12288MB (12GB) Corsair XMS3 DDR3-1600 Triple-Channel
4) power supply unit = BQuiet 770 Watts
5) hard disk = 2TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 SATA2 32MB Cache NCQ x2
6) CPU Fan = / dunno
7) Graphic card =ape ape je lah.. janji support multi monitor..
maybe (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 295 1792MB)
8)OS = Win Xp 64 bit

m/board ASUS RAMPAGE II(extreme)
tp utk studio animation la...wat editing....
soundcard je tak power

but kalau nak buat real-time mixing for games, graphic card kena molek la gak kot.
anyway, aku men game pakai reference speakers ni ha. konon2 nak biasakan la ngan bunyik quality produced for those AAA games. buatnya blom ada peluang lagi plak.
