Just wanna share some photos with you guys while trying to learn the art of photography which judging from the pics below - i'm still a newbie.. so korang jadi guinea pig aku tgk gambar2 yg outfocus, blur2 underexposed ..hehe..

Went for Friday Prayers at Masjid Sri Petaling which is about 5mins away from where I work at..every friday there would be food stalls set up by the entrance of the mosque so mosque-goers can have a quick lunch before or after prayer. This masjid is also commonly known as the tabligh headquarter for Malaysia. There are plenty of foreigners who came to this mosque to do tabligh , sleep and do ibadah..most of them are here on tabligh missions where they will go from one country to another. Back in the America, i've met some Malaysian tabligh who were on their journey throughout the states. My uncles from my mom side in Penang also are quite active in tabligh and boy did they travelled alot especially to places like vietnam , cambodia ...enjoy the pics!

what did i do to get this effect?
dark room , a handphone (as a source of light)
big aperture f3.5
sloww shutter speed at 20 sec...
press click and paint my name using the handphone light while the shutter is opened for 20 sec..and voila!

sial la.
kalau dulu time zaman slr. nak eksperimen.. bleh bengkrap. skrg.. with DSLR.. petik ajer! menyampah. (tapi gua akan beli jugak ler nanti hehe)
btw omar. camner ko amik without nampak bayang badan ko eh? aku pernah bikin with SLR effect camni (taun 91) using bunga api utk tulis selamat hari raya ...but nampak ler badan aku sekali berkecah2.

aku sebenarnya invisible man ... mcm dlm lagu 98 degrees he he..
aku rasa bcos of the dark room and very long shutter the camera wont register and fast movement ( my body in this case) except for the well lighted ones like the camera phone..

cett kutuk bilik aku he he..
masa aku first click shutter tu i wasnt in the viewfinder pun..bila dah click aku on kan handpon light and tulis cepat2 pastu kluar out of view..
