lagu Ridzi - rok u ? ahaa ok gak tu..
So sekarang backing track dah ada dan aku jugak nak cadangkan, kita bagi Ridzi set melodi lagu dulu.. lepas dia dah rekod satu simple punya melodi lagu, baru kita main berpandukan melodi lagu ridzi tu.. So ada la story sikit. Kalau tak buat mcm tu.. nanti solo buta2 je takde cerita..
amacam boleh ke gitu? _________________ Gelanggang guitar : http://guitarden.starahead.com |

waah...now that I am selling off my stuff, u orang start projek ni pulak!
anyway, can I join in?
also, I have a suggestion: how about backing track = drums and bass only, choose a nice chord progression for the bass ...then each guitarist can add a guitar solo depending on how he interprets the drum-bass backing (in fact the guitarist can also add a second rhythm track)....DON'T LET EACH GUITARIST SEE WHAT THE OTHERS CONTRIBUTE...then siapa yg in charge editing boleh cut and splice macam-macam guitarists' tracks, and create a whole interesting new piece out of it, in fact may even be able to layer some riffs of a guitarist's contribution over another guitarist's solo/rhythm. This way, everyone will see an interesting end-result, and it wil b interesting how the "producer" mixes the thing, no need fixed each guitarist same length same loop duration. (The fixed bass&drums will ensure there is a fixed base to the track so things won't get to out of control)
just my idea lah. hope it doesn't sound too silly |

maybe can do this for the next project..but wouldnt it sound abit monotonous if the tempo is the same all the way? _________________ my photoblog - http://sigemok.blogspot.com |

good point. easy solution: create backing tracks for intro, verse, chorus, etc seperately, can have different tempos as long as the drum/bass lead into each section smoothly...then people contribute guitar parts for different sections.
it will be boring if the backing just goes thru the same loop again and again and again, if the backing is a bit varied, then different guitar parts will make it even more interesting....just like a real jam session.
if it sounds too complicated.... never mind, it was just a idea, hangat2 tahi ayam |
