at this point,Kirik mungkin ade masalah Parkinson ke,tetiba nak quit ke,dpt keje baru ke,hilang tangan ke.

kalu geng Metallica tu takleh keje dgn Kirk lagi,mmg ok kalu Marty masuk Metallica.Its about the survival of the band.Bg,aku kawan tu kawan la jugak kan,tp x kan psl tu nak kena tolak offer?Sbb in any case,Kirk ttp akan digantikan dgn org lain dan kalu Marty tolak,then neither Kirk nor Marty will be in the band,which is worse.
Put it this way.Since Marty adelah kawan Kirk,die bole influence other members utk terima balik Kirk.Tp,mungkin at the same time,Marty will find the very reason kenape Kirk kena tendang.Might be psl Kirk tak terima idea diorang atau diorang tak suke idea Kirk.
In which in the end,there is a possiblity where Marty kluar dr Metallica dan ajak Kirk buat band lain where the advantage is both dah ade pengalaman dan dah ade association with a well known band.
Therefore,band suka-suki diorang akan dikenali org and might possibly akan jd lagi femes dr Metallica tu sendri.
tp ade satu lagi option,iaitu masuk tp dgn syarat Kirk pon mesti ade sama.

walaupon banyak yg merapu, tapi ade hikmah sebaliknya..
ikut result poll so far, aku dapati:
44% - terima offer

hmm biasa la bila sesebuah band tu dah selalu bersama,
pasti ada something yg diaorang tak berkenan about each other..
so mendengar dr pihak Lars, Kirk ni TAK mencapai tahap yg dia mahukan..
Kirk main memang bagus, tapi bila suruh buat cara lain dia takleh..
sbb kirk ada cara dia sendiri... so that's his rockstar ego la.
Klau boleh Lars nak someone with full package..
boleh contribute lagu, good catchy solo, showmanship, playability, etc..
Marty is good at contributing songs, ideas, solo..
but in terms of riffing, clean playing, Kirk executes them wayy BETTER!

Yup, you're right...
Lars mmg ada pesan pada Marty..
Kalau dia tak amek Marty sekali pon,
one day dia tetap akan replace Kirk gak..
so in the end, some one else will replace Kirk..
good thing is, that "someone" is not Marty (so no hard feelings with kirk)...
but sadly, Marty will loose his one time opportunity!
in this case, Marty is a NOBODY!
so kalau dia reject the offer, he will be another bedroom player...

ni lagi satu hal...
it turns out that Kirk already know Lars punya plan..
so he confronted him... then Lars pon cerita...
kalau susah sangat, dia suruh Jamez concerntrate on vocals je..
so Kirk and Marty will join forces in this new Metallica!
but lepas satu sessi audition utk Marty dijalankan tanpa pengetahuan Kirk,
they decide that they wanna stay as a 4-piece and kick Kirk out!
tension Marty memikirkan isu ni...
kita ikuti la apa kesudahan kisah "Metallica" ini...
tadi aku ada tengok Melodi TV3..
kisah XPDC reunion balik dgn line-up lama...
ada tempias skit2 la dgn senario di atas.. heheh

then racun diorang utk tendang Kirk keluar
now that is backstabbing
Marty tak betray Kirk either
sbb to betray adelah dgn melanggari perjanjian
itupun kalu Marty ade janji dgn Kirk yg die x kan potong rezeki memasing
kalu x de
therefore backstabbing pon bukan,betray pon tak
understanding profesionalism
Lars takleh kerja dgn org yg ade rockstar ego
tambah lak Kirk mmg tak berbakat dlm buat lagu
setakat execution cantik pon x guna
sbb execution bole upgrade through training
tp bile ade rockstar ego tu yg payah sikit
sbb mmg susah nak go away benda tu
(bila org perasan hebat dan belittle org lain,pepaham je la)
rockstar ego tu same dgn perasan diva
(baru kelmarin aku jumpa that kind of person)
kalu Kirk bersikap profesional
die akan paham offer Lars kpd Marty adelah berdasarkan
penilaian bakat yg ade kat Marty
Lars taknak band die mati psl sorang punye rockstar ego
so die kena replace Kirk for the sake of the band

kalau yg aku leh cakap skang ... aku join la band tuh...
tapi biasenye jawapan tu tak kekal pasal we're not in situation btul2... hehe!! kalau nak tau kena jadi betul2 baru kite tau ape kite akan buat.. hehe lagipun byk bende boleh dipersoalkan lagi.. sejauh mane friendship kirk ngan marty?? bla bla bla...
tapi slalu decision aku laaa... kalau ade chance mmg aku grab dulu .. rezeki pun bukan hari2 .. kalau ade kemampuan lebih baru tolong kawan... mcm main gig la kan ... mesti la aku promote abis band aku dapat gig dulu.. kalau ade slot lagi baru la aku promote band kawan aku..
