You and family are most welcome to Shah Alam.
Budget anda mungkin tak cukup untuk mendapatkan rumah sewa teres dua tingkat atau pangsapuri di Shah Alam. Kadar disini diantara RM1000.00 dan RM1200.00 tapi kalau nak flat seperti di Seksyen 7, mungkin boleh (around RM400-RM600 monthly). They are new flats and the area is ok with many facilities; surau, schools, hospital, shops, etc.
Pangsapuri Baiduri dan Kondominium Kristal (baru siap, belum ada orang masuk lagi) di Seksyen 7 popular di sini. Anggaran sewa kedua-duanya adalah RM1000.00 sebulan.
Areas around ss9 / ss11 / ss6 are difficult to get. Rates are also similar to the ones mentioned above.
