Arakian, ble aku men gitar, pinky aku msti ad prob sket ble nk fret note. camne r nak ckap..die fret dlm keadaan yg x relax,korang tgk ah gmbo ni.
dsebabkan mende ni jgakla aku xleh nak men gtar >10min sbab pain area prglangan tgan n of coz my pinky. x smpat nk practice sbb abes kat warmup je pastu berenti.

kalau sakit better stop.... kang tak pasal kena muscular damage....
try stop main gitar dulu beberapa hari... bagi full revover.... then start balik.... then, nak urut ke jumpa doctor ke.... hope it works _________________ http://electricguitartips.net

Ko ader eksiden ker??
aku ari tuh penah eksiden and cedera ibu jari..
seksa btul.. nak pulas kunci pun tak boleh... ni kan pulak nak pegang pick.
nasib baik tak patah...

eksiden tu xdela.cme cpt cramp area pinky n wrist. aku leh je men x gne pinky tp cam x efficientla plak men ngan 3 jari jek.

klu da 2 jam men bru sakit bleh r stop, rase gak bermain gatr. tp klu bru 10-15 menet da sakit mmm...main2 ngn GPro jela jwabnye.

jari saya pun macam tu dulu - untuk mengatasi masalah ni, oRDen kena practice jari 3 dan 4 perlahan lahan untuk megelak bentuk jari begitu.
kalau boleh - cuba dapatkan satu bola tennis untuk berlatih grip jari menjadi seimbang dan tak jadi bentuk begitu. Tip ini saya belajar dari Hanafie Imam - dulunya pensyarah fakulti muzik UITM. _________________ www.achordaday.com

aku suggest ko kedepankan lagi sikiiiiit je pergelangan tangan tu, pastu banyak practise kat tali low E.
pastu, jgn tekan string tu kuat2, tekan dgn force yang sikiiiiiiit je, asal bunyik udah..
biasenye kalu lenguh/sakit tu sebab tenaga terlebih sgt masa tekan tu..
