I have stayed comfortably for quite sometime at no.7 in the instrumental charts and now I'm sliding down to no.10! Help me stay in the top 10!....please save this ageing rocker and his dinosaur music from extinction! I don't wanna be hanging around with the Blue Whale and Ling Ling the Panda bear discussing about the 'good old times when we were still around'.....NOOOOOOO!!!! AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!!!
Grymlock and liquidjive...sorry boss, I don't mean to divert people to another site, tapi nampaknyer lagu aku tak diterima kat i-bands, so kena cari makan kat tempat lain la pulak! he he! But my heart stays true to this site...and I keep on diverting people to this place! Thanks in advance for your consideration to this slowly diminishing rock band...fighting hard to stay alive...but still dying *sob* *sniff*

whoa bode, what's up man...
why sweat it man... I don't think it's a case of your music not being accepted. I think there just aren't that many ppl on i-bands just yet?
No disrespect, it totally shreds, but 'shy boy' is not something I'll listen to over and over, you know what I mean? (since I have it on CD) I'll hear it a couple times and I already know Bode means bizness. I'm in the queue for lessons. U know what I mean?
To be honest I'm always thrilled to hear a 'local' guy shred! But that's me,
maybe ppl these days prefer to listen to emo or hardcore or hip-hop.
if it makes you feel any better, if you decide to come out with a solo CD one day, I would buy it for sure. Maybe even 2 copies

erotomania: Whoa dude...you dunno how much it means to me to read about your kind words bro..I'm truly deeply touched. Thanks! But I have been expecting this kind of lukewarm response towards this genre of music anyway, because it is only appealing to a small percentage of music lovers..but anybody can dream can't we? 
'Shyboy' definitely is not a song which I will re-listen either...it is actually a fun joke song where we thought of "let's see how many notes we can squeeze in 3 n a half minutes!". You heard it once, you heard it all..he he!
Yep...I will be starting a thread on soloing tips soon...but i will be covering and emphasising stuff you cant get on books/internet... |

Here it is...a new soundclip of my guitar solo in the movie 'Idola'! This is the part when the rock guitarist in the movie(played by Danny X-Factor) got the part in an audition after playing this solo. Penat penat aku main, Danny X-Factor yang dapat nama...mentang mentang la aku tak hensem... 
Anyway, do watch the movie..its fun! My guitar playing is featured in spots all throughout the movie. A new film by Aziz M. Osman titled 'Trauma' also has my playing on it. Upcoming films which I have contributed on the soundtrack are 'Bintang Hati'. I will be recording for another movie titled 'Gangster' soon...
Please do check out my other songs, 'Moon' and 'Shyboy' too...hope you like it...Enjoy listening!!! |
