I terfikir nak tambah solo guitar reggae/keroncong (betul tak "keroncong"...muzik Melayu tu) pada 50 seconds...slow kan lagu tu utk lebih kurang 10 seconds...lepas tu continue metal habis-habis.....
Ya, concept memang rojak...tak ada genre punya....
Biar aku record melodi tu lepas kerja...kalau ku masih ingat melodi reggae/keroncong tu.... |

Kalium, why don't u do something with the chorus/bridge??? I only have the repetitive melody...Huzai did the rest

I've just sent Huzai some wav files containing some additional melody for reggae guitar, synthesiser and vocal. Let's wait and see what he'll generate from these wav files.
I call this song "My Happiest Darkest Hour". It's a happy song...so u got the word "happiest". "Darkest Hour" - I always got the ideas for this song when the sky is dark (either middle of the night or very early in the morning). Trying to make this a happy dark funny song. At the same time, based on the following lyric...imagine the guy managed to get rid of the girl...he would have his happiest darkest hour. 
The lyric for the vocal will be as simple as the following:
My love has gone away now. She is so far away now.
My love has gone away now. She is damn far away now.
She's gone....she's doomed....
She's gone....she's doomed....
She's gone....she is now crushed <CRUSHED Sound>
Note:
I was imagining about someone trying to get rid of a girl when I wrote it. Yeah, I got such experience in getting rid of someone that annoyed me...hahaha. The "CRUSHED" part...I was imagining the girl was crushed dead like a cockroach. That's the dark side of this song... |

Irene...who said I was referring to u? Aiyo...perempuan ni susah betul...terlalu sensitive....*SIGH*. For the case I refer related to myself was a uni-mate close to 10 years ago lah. She kept bugging me to carry this..carry that....photostat this and that for her....accompany her to do this and that....maybe she was interested in me (but my mind was on another girl back in Malaysia during those days)...eventually I got pissed off and told her off......then she stopped...she didn't even dare to talk much to me after that....hahaha
The song is not referred to anyone lah....I just got the crazy idea.
Irene, did anyone call you about gig related stuff?
I wonder how the song at Drew Carey show sounds like? Can record into WAV/MP3 for me ah?? Low quality also fine with me. I don't subscribe to the MTV/Channel V/Star World package in Astro. |
