bes gak jalan2 sejam talking bout these things while he gave some pointers for me to decided between VOX DA5 and Roland Cube 15watt...
at the end i bought the Roland Cube..abit more control on the FX part
but DA5 sounds huge for it's size..masa aku main tu Bode ingat mamat mana la tgh main thru some big amp , tgk2 la Omar playing with a small amp 5watt jer..
tapi bode kata pulak Micro Cube classic setting used with Strat ada tone ala 80s gary moore..hehe |
Omar...cuba ko checkout album ni...dengar gitar tone dia...memang sebijik macam that setting on the micro cube!

Doc/guys, any recommendations for good guitar stores in London? Headed out there next week. Never really been to London. Not really on the prowl for anything..just want to browse and see if anything catches my eye.

you should try to jalan2 around denmark St , it is just nearby oxford st.
here's a map to get you going

there's atleast around 10-12 music stores around there..
also go to Virgin Music Store on Oxford St (it is not far from Denmark St)

no problemos rafil.. ..here's a map to get you going..
i guess best thing to do is stop at Totenham Court Underground Tube Station (on Northern and Central line or tube route) and jalan2 around from there..the music instrument stores are marked as red buildings..
too bad i wont be in london end of this month..i'm in malaysia , thai and indonesia from 24th june - 14th July or not can give you a tour of london hehe..

| oh oh try angel music too if you're on the look for vintage gears. Denmark st is way overpriced IMO, compared to hell a lot of choice you have anywhere else around UK. |

biasala tu cos you're paying premium for shopipng kat downtown london..but if you look carefully, you're bound to find some bargains there esp at the used items store...kalau pegi skali dua susah la nak jumpa benda2 ni..
anyway usually i'll do my buyings on ebay je... denmark st is more like a place where i sample the products only ha ha ha..

| I'm essentially gonna be browsing..heh. This will be my first time in London on holiday..all the other times was Airport-Hotel-Meetings-Airport. Would only get something if it's unique or hard to find. |
