Thanks man...but please dont call me those names...'legend' or whatever...makes me extremely uncomfortable because I dont deserve it...and also it makes a lot of other people upset and angry as well.
Please call them legends...at least it will make them happy. |

Ni mcm ada something happened jer? Ada org pertikai ke?
Through my observation, lagend ni biasanya mmg come out dgn style dia sendirii.. tak ikut standard rule pun..
Lagi pun bila kita pangggil lagend, ada scope dia.. I-bands lagend, doctor-guitarist lagend.. hehhe..
The fact is something yg kebanyakan guitarist kat i-bands yg baru2 mcm aku ni baru terkial2 nak belajar, ko dah buat sejak tahun 80an lagi.. so kira lagend la tu.
Aku kalau nak suruh main lagu Shy Boy mcm tu mmg tak lepas punya..

teringat that "guitar legend" yang EGO bagai nak rak tapi main lebih kurang je. Stage antincs mengalahkan chippendales. remember him!!?  |

Itu bukan legend, tapi tu tua  ...so of course la aku dapat buat benda2 tu dulu, because I was already a teenager before you were born!
Lagu 'Shyboy' tu senang nak mampus...kalau korang tahu tab dia, sure tergelak2 punya
Anyway, I cant play any of your solos too Izzi...including the solos of many other guitarists here too |

Man...I almost forgot about him! Tapi at least mamat tu boleh main juga....but of course teknik shred dia yg paling advanced sekali ialah 'goyangan pinggulnya' yg amat mengasyikkan...
Zaman internet ni, setakat boleh main telur pun boleh qualify jadi gitar legend juga...as long as pandai cakap besar kat forums macam Malmsteen dan kutuk2 org lain...gitar legend/God la tu. Macam mamat ni:

What I'm disgusted is the way and manner some of these people write. Have you read Yngwie Malmsteen's interviews in his early years? He speaks egoistically and puts down a lot of people without hesitation. Now, this is the mannerism that I, and I'm sure a majority of people here are sick with. You dont even see other guitar heroes(to my awareness) speak/write in this manner( hell...even Yngwie himself has mellowed down now!)...so to see just a fellow forumer write to each other in this less than polite manner is plain irritating.

Dia org sakit hati sebab aku selalu mempromote diri sendiri...ok lah...aku bukan macam recording artiste dimana record company yg tolong promotekan...so kalau aku nak duduk diam2 nak mengharapkan org nak dengar lagu aku...sampai haram bila pun tak akan org dapat dengar sebab aku ni a total nobody. Jadi kena usaha dgn tektik2 promosi sendirilah.
Ada banyak juga org yg aku tak suka...tapi aku tak ada nak mengacau thread dia org. In fact aku selalu masuk thread org lain untuk tolong mempromote lagu2 dia org.
Jadi yg dia org nak sakit hati sangat macam anak haram jadah sangat apasal??? Apasal???
(Kalau sesapa yg tak paham cakap melayu...aku boleh translate ni jadi bahasa Inggeris...English aku tak lah terer..aku cuma owang kampung...boleh la cuba sikit sikiiiit...)
These people are just an extremely small minority. But their presence still make the forum-ing experience 'sour' for most people (not only me).
Setitik nila...rosak susu sebelanga...
...or...in my words...even if you have a huge beautiful mansion...the presence of a small pile of dog shit still makes the whole house smells like dog shit...
As much as I love this house, I cant stand the stench of dog shit...so please excuse me while I find a cleaner house somewhere else...

Sekarang back to square one...main pun gitar beginner aku balik -single coil...fretboard bulat...fret halus...susah nak main/bend...tapi dah terpikat balik pada sound single coil zaman aku beginner dulu2...
Pasal korang semua posting kat thread2 untuk bertukar nasihat, kalau aku tak masuk sangat, sorry la....sebenarnya kalau aku tak post tu samada aku tak ada free time atau/dan juga aku sendiri tak tahu mengenai jawapan kpd topik yg di perbualkan. In reality, my knowledge is too shallow, and I've learned loads and loads of cool stuff from these threads...thanks to all of you in i-bands and jamtank.

HAHAHA.. sakit rahang aku tahan gelak dlm lab ni..
kalau mcm tu kira ada 3 jenis la, Theory, Technical dan Teori dan teknikal. Yng byk baca teori ni boleh sembang macam2 tp bila praktikal lembab jugak hahaha..(ni khas utk aku je ni). Cerita bukan main lagi dorean la lydian la tp bila main guitar blur..

hmnnn aku pun kira sekapal ngan Doc jugak...cuma bezanya, aku tak sakit ape2... Equipment aje tak mengizinkan. Yelah POD dah jual kat Pali. Now I realised how much i relied on it to play and write music.
Sejak tu aku macam ilang arah tujuan. Pakai GR2 ka...amplitube ka...its not the same. baru na add layer number 3 PC aku kat umah dah merangkak. tu sebab frustrated. langsung aku stop aje writing kat umah...Semangat patah.
Anyway Doc, I understand what you are going through. But steady on Doc.. take it easy...and try not to push yourself too hard... I wil try and make time to make you some more backing tracks for you to practice to.
