BFD V1.5

BFD offers a library of seven high quality drumkits recorded with multiple microphones through racks of expensive preamps and converters. Stereo overhead, room and PZM mics capture natural ambience alongside close direct mics on the kit for the dry sound. The kits are recorded with up to 46 velocity layers, with multiple articulations for kicks, snares, hihats and cymbals.

Built around a custom disk-streaming engine, BFD delivers the power of an 18-piece customisable drumkit directly into your sequencer as multiple-channel, high quality 24 bit audio. The recordings are raw and unprocessed, with the plugin?s routing and mixing system allowing you total freedom to tweak the sound of the kit in a variety of ways before adding
additional processing in your sequencer?s mixer. BFD also includes a flexible automated drummer, to deliver realistic drum performances on demand.

Virtually all plugin formats for Mac OSX and Windows are provided in the box. BFD can also can function as a ReWire slave or standalone application.

BFD XFL Expansion Pack
Expansion Pack For BFD
BFD XFL is the first add-on pack for FXpansion's BFD premium acoustic software drum module, expanding and intensifying the BFD system.

BFD 8 Bit Kit Expansion Pack
Expansion Pack For BFD
8 Bit Kit is an add-on pack for FXpansion's BFD software drum module system, offering exciting new flavours for your drum productions. This new collection of drums, cymbals, hi-hats, percussion and electronics features dozens of unique, vintage, handmade and exotic kit pieces, all captured by a strange and wonderful array of microphones in the Sound Factory acoustic space.

The BFD Deluxe Collection is the third expansion pack for FXpansion's BFD premium acoustic drum module. Unparalleled in its detail and recording quality, the Deluxe Collection was tracked at Steve Albini's Electrical Audio studio facility in Chicago. The pack contains some of the most sought-after drums and cymbals of all time, recorded at up to 128 velocity layers in pristine detail.

The room in which the session was recorded is smaller and more up-front than the Eldorado room used in BFD and BFD XFL, giving the Deluxe Collection an extremely punchy and defined sound. The recording techniques employed also contribute hugely to the sound and character of the pack. Such esoteric microphones as the Josephson e22, c42 and c609, Royer R122 and the fabled Altec 150 'coke bottles' were used. The clarity and definition of the recordings has to be heard to be believed, and benefit greatly from Steve Albini's years of recording experience at the forefront of American music.

A whole spectrum of fresh flavours
BFD Jazz & Funk Collection is an expansion pack for FXpansion?s BFD acoustic drum software. Recorded at Omega Studios, Maryland, USA, by a new engineering and production team, its sounds offer a whole spectrum of fresh flavours for your productions.

Sticks, brushes, mallets, rods and hands
Most of the instruments in the collection are provided in stick and brushed versions, with selected pieces also played with mallets, rods and even hands! A wide range of controlled, dynamic articulations are featured, including some never heard before in a BFD library. Snare cross-sticks and brush sweeps offer new expressive potential for your drum performances.

Scarbee Imperial Drums
Scarbee Imperial Drums (SID) XL builds on the roots of the first Imperial Drums release, adding a wealth of amazing new features and a new 'virtual home' in the form of Steinberg's cutting edge HALion Player virtual sampler.

Scarbee's approach to drum sampling is to get as much detail as possible from a selection of drums, making it possible to create authentic sounding grooves, or any other kind of sound, thanks to the direct-to-disk concept, where the drums are recorded dry without any coloration other than what is naturally imparted by the room, mics and preamps.

East West Stormdrum
QUICK FACTS

Produced by award-winning QUANTUM LEAP producer NICK PHOENIX.

6 Gigabytes of Loops and Multi-Samples from 3 world-class percussionists and 1 lunatic producer with enough taiko drums to fill an 18 wheeler!

1000's of completely original, evolving drum beds, featuring some of the largest and most impressive drums on the planet.

Multi-sampled drum kits and percussion with up to 20-way velocity-switching, organic tech percussion, metal shop, big hits.

Recorded at the Record Plant, Studio A.

Includes special versions of KOMPAKT (with Direct-from-Disk* streaming) and INTAKT Samplers from NATIVE INSTRUMENTS (plug-in or standalone) for MAC and PC.

STORMDRUM began when producer NICK PHOENIX went to the Record Plant Studios in Los Angeles to record some big film grooves for movie trailers he was working on. He hired some the best percussionists in the world (Tal Bergman, Richie Garcia, Michito Sanchez), and filled up Studio A with hundreds of drums. The Record Plant said they had never seen anything like it! After a complex setup, they were ready to roll. Everything was recorded through Neuman mics into an SSL Console to 2 inch analog tape and later transfered to 24 bit, 88.2 digital.

Now, after years of recording, editing, and programming, STORMDRUM has arrived!

Actually you get 2 libraries when you purchase STORMDRUM. The INTAKT loops and the KOMPAKT multi-samples. There are 2 seperate interfaces, so that each category includes all of the features needed -

KOMPAKT has disk streaming and multi-timbral capability, as well as a host of other multi-sample parameters like auto sample alternation. This is the perfect interface for the multi-sampled kits and percussion.

cet wat tak tau plak..hehehe

bergantung pada telingga anda

DFH Superior / superior custom = Large kits, low memory usage,.. best tom and cymbal sampler, sangat senang digunakan, auto velocity/humanlize tapi kena set sendiri , scale humanlize/velocity yg besar.GM mapping, Superior Mapping, DFH mapping, DFH addon Mapping.. memerlukan golden ears,, sebab semua dry 100% un proses.. memerlukan banyak masa untuk proses,.. cerewet,.. lambat..hahahahhaa.. perlukan kesabaran Razz... need some time to learn, and, yeah, the kicks, but if you're good in mixing, there're really no cons here you can find in DFHS!

dfh ezdrummer:- super easy to use, 100% auto,.. GM mapping... hanya ade 1 kits, dan satu cocktail... can't wait ezdrummer expansion.... pre proses...

DFH :- super Sonor sound,..hehehhee.. are you metaler? you can find in dfh..............

BFD:
pros - super easy to use! samples quality are great, semi processed for some quick drum track!
cons - without XFL, basically it's just wood stick kits, and less varieties, limited kits unless you load 2 BFD

aku suka BFD with the deluxe expansion Very Happy ,, senang,.. jimat masa,..
duit semestinya jimat,..wakakkaka .. Laughing Laughing
