i have no idea what otai means, is that good or bad
if it means which do u prefer, i choose Malmsteen. I think his songs are better, unlike Vai and Satch's which are mostly instrumental, malmsteen's songs are mostly vocal-driven. That might sound crazy since most ppl think of him as repetitive and over-goreng.. but not me...
That's why he always had good singers, because the vocals would carry the melody, not just a bunch of riffs with vocals pasted on top.
I don't think he's the absolute best but between these 3 he is my favourite lah _________________ http://mindcontrolled.bravehost.com

vai is the most versatile guitarist with his complex musical approaches..
joe has more lyrical melody in his solo and they're not as complex as steve vai but not really simple but still plain..
ingvay is more to classical and '200km/h speeding' is his trademark.. all the time..
this topic is too subjective and it depends on you.. and i like joe satch.. but i dont mind to listen others stuff... _________________ Gelanggang guitar : http://guitarden.starahead.com

They are all different and all great.... just like different kinds of great food.......I love Briyani......also chinese food.....also italian food..........All are great in their own ways. Why limit one self to one type of food when you can enjoy them all for all their unique greatness?
Wait... this is the food thread rite? |
