doc doc sekalian dan bro bro yg lain, kalau ada sis sekali la tuh ehh,
cite dia macam nih, aku nih pengguna toneport UX2 bersama gearbox dan pod farm utk hampir 2 tahun, tapi lately aku rasa kurang puas hati la dgn sound dari gearbox dan pod farm.
maybe at first aku igt guitar aku kot, sebab aku guna Fernandez Lite sustainer, tapi still sounded the same dgn Tele dan Les Paul aku. aku juz relize yg GB/PF sound dia muddy and thick sgt. Maybe juga speaker aku sebab aku guna altec lansing yg mmg boost bass dia buat aku nak terberak je.
Tapi bila aku try GR3 via toneport (guitar>toneport>GR3) bunyi dia mmg menawan dan aku ske sebab aku rasa lebih alive and tweak sana sini skit aku dah rasa macam hebat, tapi apa bila aku buka DAW seperti cubase, either one Cubase atau GR3 akan tak berbunyi, ini maybe aku guna UX2 aku sebagai interface dia which kat pc aku tuh ada cikai punya HD soundcard je yg aku rasa nak cabut dan buang tapi malang tidak dapat di laku kan.
Jadi di sini nak minta pandangan dari yg pro pro dari segi line6 atau sebagai nya memberi sediri advise la, sebab aku dah serious boring dgn old toys aku nih, aku nak cuba something with bright quality.
Igt nak try firewire, tapi tak tau sgt la bab yg mana suits for home basic and juga nak tanya speaker mana yg cheap tapi get more natural sounds, maybe yg ada seperate output for L and R macam monitor speaker, dan what best headphone to use 
harap bersabar dgn ketidak pandaian saya yer

salam bro, dari citer ko ni aku assume ko nak upgrade la ek? kalau bole ko state skali budget senang sket nak kasi suggestion
tapi untuk masalah takleh run GR3 tu, Toneport ni takleh run amp simulation yang lain dari dia nya sendiri secara realtime dia akan ada latency.. salah satu cara, ko rekod dulu DRY track, pastu baru letak itu GR3.
ko try jugak lah cam GTR3, Ampltube2, so far, bagi aku la, Amplitube2 cam ok, ko cuba dengar lagu2 erylasia, dia pakai amplitube2.
tapi lebih baik kalau ko ada pod 2 ke, pod xt ke atau yang lagi power cam digidesign nya latest release Eleven, atau fractral axe. atau nak lagi bagus ko beli je head, cabinet pastu miking lagi puas ati hehehe
pasal speaker plak, brapa bajet ko? pastu ko kena tau apa yang ko dengar bergantung kepada bilik kau jugak, kalau speaker ko mahal gila pun bilik tak treated result dia hancuss..
headphone aku suggest carik yang tutup abis tu, apa namanya aku lupa.. tapi brand sennheiser cam ok gak, aku pakai sennheiser hd 280 pro. so far so good. waktu ko nak beli speaker/headphone nanti ko bawak cd fav ko test dengar mane yang ko suke baru beli.

toneport takleh pakai amp simulation lain eh,, baru aku tau,, masalah problem gak tuh..hihi... bro jiro... kalau nak baject yg rendah hang bleh try Behringer Guitar link or rockfrog interface,.. dua2 nih aku dah cuba,, latency menawan... satu lagi kalau pakai pci,, aku rasa cam ade masalah latency,, try cari yg usb or firewire interface.. guitar rig 3 sound ok,, cuma bagi aku cam digital sket,, sebab cabinet dia kot.tu sebab aku suka amplitube 2,, sound serak2 basah,,(chewah)..haha. tapi ko leh cuma Impulses Responses untuk replace mana2 hang punya amp simulation cabinet.. pod farm pon bleh off dia punya cabinet kan,.. cuba cari vst yg free macam 'kefir' (bleh realtime),, file impulses hang bleh google,, belambak kat tenet.. sekadar cadangan.... pod fam ko punya sound gerenti dah lain...

thanks utk semua respond bro
la nih aku rasa macam nak still stick dgn ux2 aku and pod farm sebab aku ada surf certain video yg depa record pakai podfarm sgt best, cuma maybe aku tak dapat lagi la skill skill sulit korang kan hahahah
lagi pun aku plan nak bli podxt as patch dari PF atau GB bole transfer ke PODxt kan? if tak salah kan? betul ke? kalau bole aku nak stick la sebab apa yg aku record and if aku nak main live bole guna effect patch yg sama.
tapi cuma aku tatau apa yg harus lagi aku perbaharui dari segi skill, sebab to compare stand alone sound via GB/PF dgn GR3 (maksud nya belum lagi record atau mixxing) yg GR3 lagi best aku rasa, aku nak PF/GB aku menghasil kan bunyi macam tuh, tanak muddy and thick sgt. Lagi lagi bila aku palm mute, bunyi cam ikhlas tak ikhlas je nak kuar. Sound mmg heavy aku rasa utk music yg agak keras, tapi bunyi yg di hasil kan agak pek pek pek pek, camne nak explain pun aku tatau.
So kekadang kat GB/PF tuh aku terpaksa guna Line6 Insane utk bunyi yg bright dan jelas, or tambah screamer tapi masalah nye terlampau bunyi dist yg byk sampai aku sendiri pun jelek nak dengar. Utk record lead guitar tak jadi issue sgt buat aku, aku mmg suke guna tuh, tapi utk rhythm, rasa cam bising sgt. Kalau guan preset crunch yg di sedia kan lak rasa cam adoiiiiii pek pek pek. Ke guitar aku yg ada problem pun tatau la.
Any advise bro? aku nih tak pandai sgt, yg aku selalu buat pun record to Cubase SX2 , pastu guna sedikit Isotope Ozone, Waves C1 Comp and Waves Para graphic EQ.
AKu perlu kan advise yg banyak kat sini.
dan aku nye budget utk speaker dan headphone around rm500 je kot. If kan aku nak analog out speaker, sebab guna headphone nya out kat UX2 tuh rasa kurang best ler, sebab aku nak guna tuh utk headphone nanti

aku dah try...
guitar rig set audio device ke ASIO-toneport
daw set pakai ASIO yang len...
daw akan record sound clean je..
then letak guitar rig dekat track insert..
but i donno on quility wise or delay time.

aku pun rasa begitu juga setting nye.
so dgn kata lain, adalah perlu speaker aku pakai soundcard kat pc? sebab aku dah try, GR3 function ok, bole recording in kat DAW, maha tetapi nya takda bunyi. dan lagi satu, latency dia bole tahan juga. dah try ejas buffer dgn sample, kalau nak clean latency tinggi, kalau set latency cantik, bunyi dia hodoh gila..
aku ada tgk kat youtube, ada org buat UX2 via GR3 and run smooth gila, even sound sedap juga. maybe kene get PCI card yg cun kot supaya pc bole run monitor sound dari every track. i think... heheh

i use ux1 with pod farm & Guitar Rig..
no latency...
which sound device that you use?
ASIO Full duplex? ASIO Multimedia?
ASIO UX2?

saya guna kan ASIO UX2
input send 3 dgn send 4
bunyi tak sesmooth guna PF, tapi sound clear gile, and lagi menarik dari PF
tapi kan bro, skung baru saya tau kenapa bunyi dia palat hahaha sebab saya guna altec lansing, tadi pinjam kawan punya M30, bunyi best gila rupa nya GB dgn PF nih.. hahaha sorry bro, nyusah kan.
tapi mmg kalau pakai GR3 ke DAW, bunyi satu takde, ada la tweak skit kat dia punya audio and midi setting, tapi latency mmg teruk skit, kalau dapat ejas latency issue, bunyi pula hampeh, ada popping,hissing,white sound and teruk
