Here is something i have adapted from my own personal notes. I used to use this as a guide when i was first learning about polyrhythmic structures.
To really understand "poly" beats you must thoroughly under stand subdivision, music theory and how to sight read before you'll truly understand polyrhythms...Kalau ade yang tak faham don't be afraid to ask me questions
