1. Lawsuit has already in progress in filing.
2. war will be waged on our rights. 1st meeting. 2nd meeting wil confirm.
3. lawsuit against media for defamation is still under consideration as we have to fork out 70k for the lawsuit to sue media for a few hundred thousand. more evidence, we sue higher, as long as media go on with their bullshiets.. we will collect em.
on the authorative side, each is able to sue only a few hundred thousand and its high chances of wining as for media.. hmm...
i won't put the dates up yet. _________________ "Thus let my enemy's blood be spilled

Plan is to register a society, tentatively called the Society of Independant and Amateur Musicians (SIAM). Another creative name we thought up was
Persatuan Untuk Kebajikan Illhamiah Musik dan Artis Kebangsaan (figure out the acronym yourself).
Once we've registered with the Registrar of Societies, Paul's Places shall be used as the registered office (I have a Disarseter Records office which I can split with SIAM/P***MAK, the space on the 4th floor will be defined as a private venue to hold society events.
In order to use the place, everyone will have to join the society and get cards. When coming to an event, you just flash your cards. That way, cops can't nail us for staging public events without a permit etc. Instead of tickets, people coming for gigs will pay "Facilities usage fees".
More details shall be posted in the next few days.
If you have any suggestions for the name of the society which don't refer to our neighbours up north or genitillia, email me at contact@disarseter.com |
