i-bands synth gurus, i've recently acquired a yamaha CS20M monophonic analog synthesizer. I never actually used a synth that was made in the early 80s before except for maybe a test run of a KORG MS-10 and found that the CS20M really have some cool sounds, some reviews i've read even compared it to the minimoog. here's what it looks like in my room.
CS-20m features 8 memory locations for patch sounds and i was wondering where i can get the program sounds for the synthesizer? It has a tape input/output at the back, im not sure how it was when the synth came out but im guessing they're selling these tapes, and im pretty sure the tapes are generic which to my understanding can be used with other synths as well?
I tried to google for the tapes or program sounds but my google searching skill is probably mediocre at best. Here what is says on the manual to load the program sound.
Would really appreciate if anyone could help me finding the tape program sounds. I was thinking of connecting the tape input of the synth to my PC.
