Who's read Alan Moore's Graphic Novel and watched the movie already? Would appreciate feedback on both. Thanks _________________

Yeah it's awesome. But everyone knows Guy Fawkes was actually burned to death...not hanged like in the movie... |

Wow, if the movie's that good, it means that the Graphic Novel is really, really, really good! That's what I've read so far online. Thanks for the word, dudes =) _________________

i have the graphic novel which ive read over and over again during the past few years...as with the movie, naaa, doesnt come close though that Hugo guys voice was spot on as being V. The graphic novel was too intricate to be translated well into a movie , unless it was like a 100 hours long.
I think for me, watching the movie felt like the main moments of the graphic novel were strung together to make a cohesive storyline, not to mention they changed a lot of the original storyline to fit into 3 hours. Pretty shitty if u ask me.
Now if The Sandman novels were made into a movie I'd be severely emotionally involved.
edit: Jsut so u guys know, Eve was a prostitute on her first night on the job that got saved by V, not a 'kerani pejabat' who was on the way to see her boss. |
