This is an opportunity for you guys out there to show yourselves. This are the events which will be planned in the future by my ex event company which i used to work for. This is just a favour from me to them, and below are the brief given to me to find bands who are serious about performing and also to show what music is all about. For further information please message me A.S.A.P.
The Briefing:

1. New Year Eve Countdown performance
- Time : 8pm - 3am
- band : 1 famous band, 1 or 2 not so famous will do
- Mechanism : 1. All band will take turn to perform all kind of
songs, the famous one will lead for count down.
2. Press conference will be organise all band must attend.
3. press will be invited on the NY eve day, press will
release the performance.
- Price : How much?? How many set??
There also optional choice for them, if a lot of them are interested to perform, then I will provide a min. fees for all of them to perform on NY eve. On that nite they may also sell their own album. This will be a win win situation where they have a place for them to perform and celebrate count down with their fans and at the same time promote themselve to public. As you know that we will also organise press conference before the NY eve and press release after their performance.
If they confirm please ask them the prepare their profile, CD or VCD to me and also let me know where are they performing right now. Please also find out how many fans do they have.
2. Band Performance
- Time : 8pm - 12am
- band : all band are welcome
- Mechanism : 1. We will provide a venue, the venue can be pool side, open air or indoor.
2. This will be a contractual performance for either 1 month or 3 month on every
Sat or Fri and Sat. This will discuss in later part.
3. Press conference will be organise and press release too.
4. No fees provided as we provide venue & sound system.
5. Band are allow to sell their own CD.
6. The venue sponsor will sell beverage or entrance fees with a drink.
Please provide own profile, CD or VCD to me.

Above are the briefs. So to those who are interested do reply as fast as possible before the end of May. As confirmation is needed by my company to give a report to the sponsors and organizers. |

The venue and place is currently kept confidential due to some reasons by the sponsors. But its in KL town area. Word has it that it might be a place by a pool.
If its okay with you i will give you a call one day and then we talk about this further if you are really interested? |

I will PM you a number. You call that number and ask how to get your CD's through. Thanks very very much for your cooperation.
Or you can have me collect it from you and drop it off at my ex-boss's place for you. But going directly to them is better, cause i am doing this as a fovor for them but kinda tied up with my own job too lately. So so sorry to you but i would really appreciate if you would go directly to them? is that possible? Your help very much appreciated. =D |
