dude i think its RM 21 FOR the bla bla...
and i dont think anyone at RTM are young enuf to type in internet language
i.e: for=4, to be=2b, your=ur, underground=ug... 
but i dont see no harm in trying to call the number

yeah i will. if he spams everybody in the list, he have to do it via i-bands. karang ramai pulak mangsa2 keadaan. RM21 per band...kalau 10 band mau cuba..berapa dah dapat...i-bands ada more than 1000 registered artist. kalau semua mencuba... wow.

aku suspek benda ni agak x betul

Hmmm...
Actually aku tau psal ni, the part about 'how to get ur songs aired on Rtm' part. I'd have done it, except music band aku main, maybe x bape sesuai dgn Rtm nyer format, so aku x buat. Tp kenal org yg dah buat, so i know abit la... 
In my horrible opinion, this dude, be it from Rtm of not, part fee tu suspicious skit. Kalo ikut cara yg aku tau tu, i'll cost more than that. Usually label yg publish band/artist tu yg byr, bkn artist. Dia pon ade mention 'all Rtm radios' meaning ALL la kot, 1 M'sia, which is very, very hard to do, esp if u dont know ppl. He also mention 'test & admin', which is odd, sbb cara aku tau tu, x de melibatkan test ataupun administration fees.
Aku x nak ckp bende ni scam or what, tp kalo aku, aku x buat la, tu je. Maybe dia blh prove kan yg dia pernah buat sblm ni? Hehe...

My apologies. Well, good luck in your efforts. Anyway, i just don't think that my material is not presentable for a radio format. Judging for the poor quality, i hardly think that it can go on air.
In my opinion, no offence and excuse me when i say this. But when you are trying to attract people, especially if it involves people paying their hard earn money, you must be very transparent in disclosing details. For instance, in your previous email, you told me that the money is used for admin stuff. In a way, people will think of you as a con-man. It would be better if you explain in DETAIL and WHY we have to pay. Explain in details the standard procedure for songs to get air play, what radio station involved, state any relevant contact person to verify and concurr with your effort. So on and so fourth.
I hope that this will help you in your efforts to help our local independant scene.
