i have the above set up at the moment, i am still looking forward to adding effects to my set up but at the moment that's all i'm working with.......my question is how to i get the best out of my rig and what kind of effects that would go really well with it.....i'm play indie rock/pop which is not too heavy or too loud.....as of this moment i'm looking at acquiring a zoom gfx1 (its within by budget)
any tips?!!!! _________________ it's so bright up here i dont ever wanna come down..... |

Are u using the vox amp that has multi effects built in?
If you plan to go for Zoom effect, try the G series (eg: Zoom G2.1u).. it offers better technology than the older zoom products..(i believe).. _________________ Gelanggang guitar : http://guitarden.starahead.com |

i suggest you should get a better guitar first..at least MIM fender..
if you really can't..change the tuners and the pickups..maybe some refretting will do as well..after those only think about the effect..imo rock/pop doesn't really need it..(unless you are into incubus and stuff)
a bad guitar and a good effects = still bad
