He's not just a great bass player but also a very talented wholesome musician. He has always been surrounded and worked with Malaysia's world class musicians (just check out the other musicians who performs on his album)
Interestingly...he and some of these musicians has also worked with Zubira. |

Way cool! I've always wished I could know him and Shahrul...since I've always admired their musicianship even back from the Eka days. I believe we do share the same taste in music. My favourite was Eka's last album and Shahrul's solo album.
I hope this album will get him even a much bigger following |

hahhaha brudder, things in Kulim here going on as usual lah, I'm desperately trying to finish my album but so much work to do.
I've got 15 songs finalized, but unfinished (hope to finish in December) Styles differ:country, rock, blues, swing, pop, techno-rock(!), world-fusion, instrumental, Salsa, latin......hahahaha no wonder nobody wants to work with me. Maybe all lousy songs but also maybe something good in there somewhere, will only know when it's ready.

Currently Pacai is the music director for the upcoming movie Cinta...i often see him play for Afdlin and JLo (dunno why the chose the latter though? hehe)
met him omce when he was on the verge of searching for the suitable songs for the film a couple of months back at the film's prodn hse. Saw the unfinished version of the film, with just some few numbres selected by him - it was kinda cool even for a non-finished product.
So with a fully finished product - you gotta expect some great film scoring!
for more info on the film...check out this site's tv / film thread... |
