yeah...! heheh maybe tak ramai yg aktif dlm eBay, tapi takpe la, aku create thread ni khas utk hantu2 eBay sekalian...

pagi tadi aku gi ambik parcel dari post office Shah Alam, and yes! aku punya DigiTech XMC Multi Chorus sudah sampai!! woo hoo... condition like new, tapi kat bawah dia takde rubber pad, and 2 of the screws are missing! ini demo / display unit, tapi takde manual + box. takpe la pasal manual aku dah download + print from the website.

still kat office la, belum bawak (oops, i mean seludup) ke rumah lagi.. esok wife aku gi kerje baru boleh test! hihihi...

Is it analogue echo that you want? If so, then the DE7 is for you. Nothing special about the delay mode. A Boss DD3 is actually nice IMO.

You're gassing for a Rocktron Rampage eh? So hows tt compared to your Trimetal?

in fact these past three days, 3 barang sampai. semalam i received my fender hardcase (no need pic la, everyone knows what an ori fender hardcase looks like).

today i received the chicken head knobs (asli dan bermutu dari fender) from milwaukee for my prized possession i received two days ago:

this 10-yr old amp has killer tones. to prove a point my friend made, the first guitar that had the honour of plugging in into this 40-watter (all set at 12 o'clock - aprt from the volume, of course) was my 9-yr old chinese squier strat (hotrodded with duncans). bloody 'ell. the tones from the neck pickups were so sweet. ni guitar kayu chabok ni.

volume was at 8 o'clock and my floor was heaving. belum kick in the drive channel, it was barely at 7 o'clock i was worried the police would come knocking on my door.

volume aside. the tone is beautiful. i play covers (and rhythm parts), so my poorly attempted licks were kinda ok-lah when i comes to execution but i can tell you that the amp was responsive to different picking intensities.

this weekend, i will have a word with my really understanding downstairs neighbour that i wanna try out the potential of my new baby. i've tried my fender tele and epi les paul black beauty on it, but not my gibson yet. nanti la aku cerita.

now i know why people kill for a valve amp. damage caused? £415. cheap by the stds of what this amp can do!

IS that a Squier Tele? Looks like a 50s Classic. Nice pics and nice gear man! Now your next assignment is to get a booster.

I recommend trying out

Boss OD3 (Neutral voicing IMO and very powerful boost range for an OD)

TS808 RI (Works beautifully with Strats with that compression no other OD pedals give. Dont bother about TS9s and other variants pls!)

MXR Micro Amp (But I think the OD3 is more than enough if volume is an issue)

I think there are plenty of options like boutique, but that's only if you're anal about tone. Boosters wil open up your sound more. Definitely worth it IMO.

i just need a decent delay/echo efx to add to my guitar solos, nothing fancy actually, but that ping-pong delay, slap-back, etc would be an added advantage.. as for the Rampage, it sounds very different from any other metal pedals out there which emphasize more on the bass / mid frequencies. the tone is more treble-ish, mid-scooped sounding, not suitable for nu-metal kinda stuff (which is good!).. but then again, you should take some time to dial the tone you really wanted...
