are u using ur mockingbird acrylic for lead? the tone quite thin to me... |
yes i used my mockingbird for all the guitar parts. but what do u mean by "thin" ? the tone of the guitar itself, or the tone of the effects that i used ? thx bro. _________________ http://www.myspace.com/vigvai

there is some clips on the drum snare in the early of the song..
but wow, your guitar sound and playing is cool la.. my suggestion: try to put more story or melody..
sweeet..! _________________ Gelanggang guitar : http://guitarden.starahead.com |

do listen and give me ur feedback. thx |
(Jeez...I havent reviewd anything on this forum board for ages! I'm so guilty...)
Anyway, I wish I came up with that song !
Love it man! The most impressive thing about the song is that your tapping is MUSICAL and forms a song on it's own.
Tapping has been unfortunately abused by a lot of guitarists and unfortunately this technique only offers as a showcase in a lot of solos. The cool thing is you managed to rise from all that and created a cool musical statement with it
One question: the first and lowest note of each triad - do you tap with your left hand first finger to get the note, or you've got some other way of doing it? Just curious to steal your lick
Anyway, there's a bit of a discussion on tapping in this thread here in jamtank:
http://forum.jamtank.com/viewtopic.php?t=11150&highlight=&sid=5d148c8b59c04ad7e48f04bfedca6425
Maybe we can start one here as well |
