yes that's true. he's superb human being ! 
he's totally amazing both in person and as the musician. I'm lucky enough to meet him in person and took some lessons from him, at that time Mattias Eklundh also there too ( i've learn some crazy harmonics from him lol) and three of us had a chance for a great jamming and later we hang out and had a dinner together...they're trully amazing.
on tha day, Ron gave me his CD 911 to me..he said that's for free lol.. that was the amazing day of my life..well perhaps i can visit him this year, hopefully he's not busy touring with the Guns.
If you see the link page of his site, you'll see that he linked my humble site to his great site too.. he's totally a cool man.
Anyway If I'm not mistaken, he will releases a new album..but this album gonna be special, since it's only Guitar Instrumental album..that's right..there's no singin at this time  .. man I can't wait to grab it! fingers crossed.
