The new 2008 Paul Gilbert album called "Silence Followed By A Deafening Roar"
is a must have album to all those PG fans out there and also those shred monsters out there.....this album is much more intense than his previous Get Out Of My Yard album....
definitely more shred

but dont just go "suckin here, suckin there".
from racer x, to mr big, to his duet with his uncle, to his solo, even his cover of two become one, he is great. not ok, not fine, not average. but great!

oh yes bro.....there is a lot of people who are not guitar players or even guitar wanking wannabe like me who listens to Paul Gilbert's music. I must let you know Paul Gilbert is a big success in Japan to all non guitarist as well.
but in terms of sucks?....well i respect your opinion and maybe you dont like him. fair enough.
but there are other guitar players who are not Guitar Wanking Wannabes in the likes of Joe Satriani, John Petrucci, Joey Taffolla and more other great world guitar players out there who really dig Paul Gilbert and has been inspired by Paul Gilbert....even other musicians who dont play guitar loves his guitar works and music.
so bro....if he sucks then its fine by me coz it is your right and your taste and your own opinion which is just a subjective matter.
