Just need to get this out of my chest.
Last night during my trip back to KL from JB, just a few miles away from Air keroh rest area. The victim were thrown into the drain dividing the highway. The victim's family were crying and like really begging for help. Well since everybody here are in the spirit of Malaysia Boleh.. so semua mmg boleh la.. boleh belah. Siap elak elak lagi accident area tu macam ada lubang je! So anyway.. the victim was still breathing when we got to him. (we couldn't find him in the 1st place).. since none of us have any "real" first aid knowledge, the only thing we could do were.. check if he's alive, check and see what's the possible injuries, tell anybody not to move him... and call the paramedics! eceh... i mean call for help lah.
the ambulance didn't came 1st... the tow trucks did!
10-15 minutes - Plus emergency team arrived (traffic control purposes)
5-6 minutes after - Plus Polis Bantuan arrived (traffic control and i don't know what.. basically informing the current situation to I don't know who)
10-20 minutes after - The ambulance arrived. (oh i forgot to mention, before that there was a one big ambulance passed by but it didn't stopped)
What's bothering me is... why did it took so long for help to arrived? Air Keroh is just near by. Any of us can be in this situation. If the tow trucks can reach the place in less than 15 minutes... I think it's about time tow trucks company should have similar service in emergency rescue & 1st aid.
btw..
The police never came.
I'm so sad.

i was on my way back home from the office last 2 weeks about 10pm. Location - somewhere along Jalan Sungai Buloh. Suddenly, ada satu keta wira dari arah bertentangan bawak laju and almost langgar aku dari depan (aku bawak motor). Nasib baik aku sempat elak, kalau tak aku dah arwah kot! Instead of langgar aku, keta tu bertembung dgn sebuah keta Honda yg berada tak jauh di belakang aku. Then keta tu masuk longkang..
Aku gi tolong, ada 2 orang. Tanya sapa driver... budak tu cakap driver tu dah lari! Rupa nya, diaorang sebelum tu memang dah langgar satu moto kat depan, tu yg lari lintang pukang, last2 exident gak akhir nya... Tak leh lari ngan keta, on foot pon jadik la!
Peristiwa tu membuatkan aku insaf seketika! Sampai aku jadik takut nak gi kerje esok! Maybe Allah just wanna gimme another chance... ntah la, tapi memang aku ngeri gile...

Seriously, aku geli dengan this Malaysia Boleh bullshit...because the fact Malaysia tak boleh...it's sad but true...cuba ko tengok record attempts yang ada kat malaysia ni, balik balik, kek terbesar, susunan straw yang terpanjang and shit like that. Yang paling aku nak marah, lemang terpanjang...kalau dia buat dengan sebatang buluh takpe jugak...ini dia bakar lemang macam biasa, pastu susun panjang-panjang...sapa-sapa pon boleh buat...wankers...
And about this accident thing, malaysians memang takde compassion langsung. Dulu ada satu kes a pregnant lady kena ragut kat depan KWSP, tersungukr kawan tu takde sapa nak tolong...

Yup, these are Malaysians nowadays... aku ingat lagi masa aku kecik2 dulu (tahun 70an gitu), ader satu famili eksiden kat area mana tah aku tak ingat, tapi jalan lama ipoh-kl... bapak aku siap berenti keter (of course, keter2 lain sumer berenti tolong, punyer la ramai... since masa tu aku kecik lagi, so aku tolong tengok je larr.. heheh... brothers of the family aku tengok berdarah hidung meleleh aku buleh dok cangkung depan dewang tengok je dewang kesat hidung.. ihik.. sori ekk kalau those brothers ader dlm forum ni, aku mana ler tau pasal eksiden ni masa tu...
Then, about 5 years ago, aku dok tunggu bas kat lebuh ampang, ader mamat bawak awek jatuh motor kat situ... ramai gak mamat2 moto yg lepak kat situ tolong, tapi tolong angkat awek die tu je... mamat tu aku tengok bangun sendiri angkat moto sendiri...
hmmm...

mender2 cam ni.. gila la.. menyedihkan. kita dok bising2 nak kearah jadi negara maju, tapi... etika tolong menolong.. etika kejiranan yg sebelom ni mmg aku rasa best la kat mesia ni.. makin pupus. takut siut. besok2 kita ke pulak tertonggeng dlm longkang.. takde orang tolong.. huwaaa. sucks la.
