About The band started in 2003 when Hareez approaches Hazlami to form a band in Kolej Matrikulasi Perak (KMPk). Then Haz invited Raja (who was actually a big fan of System Of A Down) and Fahmi (a musical talented boy..and a very calm boy...the calmest among us). A year in the college was just like a BIG WAR for us (sape student sane tau la kan betape susahnye aktiviti muzik nk gerak).

We called ourself Garden City Of Lights (yea i know...a butterfingers song) when we started coz the lack of time (we're about to perform dat nite but still dun have band name...hahah). About a year later, we changed it to KMPk Orchestra and after that JAB (for now it stands for Just Another Band).
