Being hailed as the heaviest band from the banks of the Bayou Vermilion, Post unique sound is what attracts more fans every show PosT was formed in the late summer of 1998 Originally a trio consisting of former Godchamber members Mitchell Harrington, David St Marie and Tyson Pate, the trio was playing for friends at parties in and around Abbeville Louisiana. By the time all three had graduated high school, it was then that the trio decided to find a vocalist and start playing clubs around Acadiana. After trying out numerous vocalist, Lance Richard was chosen as the front man. With the addition of Richard, former NWSR and Eternal Somber guitarist Donnie Veazey was then asked to join the band. We are an 5 piece unsigned metal band. We have been tearing up the metal scene in La for the past six years. We play all originals. We have a large fan base which grows with every show. We recorded our first demo in December 2003 and we can not produce them fast enough to meet the demand. We do all the production from our PCs. Our stage show is guarantee to bring any crowd to their feet. Our influences ranged from Pantera to Stevie Ray Vaughn. We have made a couple radio appearances and we have played more than a couple hundred shows.
