About HIGH COUNCIL was born from one premier institution,SEKOLAH TUANKU ABDUL RAHMAN ipoh and from batch of 43.Started from 25th January 1999,we jammed for fun and happy in ipoh.HIGH COUNCIL are PIAN(guitar/vocal),KULOPE(bass),GORO(guitar),GECKO(vocal/guitar) and LANN(drum).Last word from me pian a.k.a ARD,music is fun!!
