Hello. Welcome to my portfolio. Here i have uploaded some of my many audio works since year 2005. To Click on the MUSIC tab on the left to access these files. Most of these music are based on a video, hence they are called POST PRODUCTION. So do not be alarmed shuld there be any sound effects surfacing out of the blue, this is due to the requirements of the client on the video.

All these works are composed and mixed by myself, except songs from my band twosidestoastory, which i play the guitar and also engineer. Songs from twosidestoastory will reflect the rockier influence of my work. Iam also proficient in dance music, corporate style music and many more.

Do email me at benalog@inbox.com should you have any queries in regards to my rates and information. Thanks for your visit.

Cheers,

Ben

Do you remember that particular motivational song used to be aired pretty frequently back in the 80s? The song called " Kau Boleh"? This track is the cover version in rock. Originally i was humming this tune, my colleague heard and started singing the chorus and all. A subsequent bet ensued...he challenged me to come up with the music and he'll sing the song, exact lyrics and all. Alas, he chickened out after i presented the Mp3 to him ( hence the lame piano melody).

I didint really planned the solo, it was pretty spontaneous. And didnt really spend alot of time mixing the thing because i was rushing to complete it for the bet.

For old time sake, i remember singing to this song when i was a kid and the tune actually stuck in head for a pretty long time., :)

Hello...

hello, thanks for dropping by. Most of the my music was written for my freelance multimedia projects. At first i didnt really bother listening to them once its approved for the project, but a few of these tunes really caught my attention after a mate liked one of my tracks and named it Eye of Sunlight. I loved that track too, so why not post it up and share it?

Basically i had lots of fun making music. Most of the time the client will pass me a video, which is always 20% or 30% complete. And i'll start working on these video clips. Its very frustrating at times cuz you never know when the clients are gonna come up with new ideas and change the whole video, hence, most of the ideas for the sounds are very spontaneous and alot of last minute job.

One of my favourites were Eye of Sunlight. I did the track in 16 hours while my client fell asleep on the couch waiting for the mock up. It was stressful...but thank God the music compliments the video perfectly, so it was alright. So dont be surprised if you find the music alittle odd with funny sound effects here and there cuz some parts only will make sense with the video.

These few tracks are some of it i think many could relate too. There are some live guitars and basses, i didnt bother uploading some rubbish i made that the clients loved.

I hope you'll enjoy my music. Cheers! :)
