About RESTRAINT is not just your average heavy music band, they are the living proof of what today defined as "the real deal". Not only from the music and the messages, but their endless energetic live performances inspired many fans and supporters. Bringing back the raw and pure hardcore spirits, from the famous circle pits, finger pointings, sing-a-long, stage dives to kickboxing, 2 steps and such - all are includes in their agenda.

The new records "Pure From Blood" enhanced the new chapter of Restraint's progression in musically to lyrically. The continuation of what they left from the previous demo is basically a logical extension in this new records. Still, with the same musical path; with direction to the bands a like of Hatebreed, Terror, Madball, Sworn Enemy to Earth Crisis - this elements remain in their style and direction, without hesitation.

Despite their contrasting background and beliefs, the tight bound within RESTRAINT is a living testament of unity amongst diversity, which is essential in the hardcore scene.

The band have shared the same stage with:
Sick of It All, Napalm Death, FC Five, Crystal Lake, Community Trust, Even Today, Born From Pain, Insecurity, Stompin Ground, 4 Sides, Forgive, Overthrown; and local acts such as Sil Khannaz, Koffin Kanser, Second Combat, XelevenX, Kids on the Move, Cassandra, Love Me Butch, First Base, Deadscore, Before She Die, Dash Own, A New Fall, Langsuyr, Nervewreck and tons of other local bands.
