Cosa Nostra .: Click To Enter :. Started in 1999 with guitarist Kash and vox C Men with others , they performed as a total amatur at a show in Cheras. The nameless band changed their line-up in Showcase also in Cheras with Farayz on the drums . These three however managed to be together to quite a small time showcase bringing cover song untill 2000. Maintaining still nameless, the band recruited Jep , a new guitarist as rhythm . The nameless band had some small time gig and played heavy cover song from Creed, KORN, Limp Bizkit and other band from new age rock...In 2001 , the band named themselves as Minus Fear and started playing one of their own song..the song itself came up "untititled"...The band never finished the song.... Early 2001 sees Kash leaving the band to concentrate on his career in Shah Alam...With no genre as the band base music the band was left confused.The band then recruited versatile guitarist O.D as the new guitarist and named the band D'Earth . D' earth genre of music was quite a mix of heavy influence and new age rock such as Staind, Incubus ,Pantera and others ... With new will, the band decided to record a demo ...The band had no bassist then and invited Bassist from Himalaya, Joe to sessioned the recording .... ... The result was unsatisfying... The lack of quality of the recording and of the music itself left the band broken hearted and at the end of 2002 , the band was disbanded without declaration........ There wasn't any effort to reform the band for almost 4 years after the break up...Until one fine day ...guitarist Jep was playing their D'Earth demos in his car with farayz and O.D in it... Jep strucked them with the idea of " Jom buat balik D'Earth". These three men agreed and pushed to call C Men (after dissapering for 3 years) to jam. ... the first jam was in first quarter of 2006 without Kash . the first song they played was "Untill the end " written by C men... the jam didn't go well as planned but it started... Jep with the determination to reform the band called Kash and invited him to join them.. Jep , Cmen and Kash had a small meeting in Wangsa maju and wrote the initially song "Mimpi Permaisuri " as the first trial of a malay song...They played the song and decided to maintain the band again...and changed their name to Cosa nostra.......The band played seriously started from September 2006... In looking for keyboard sounds , they recruited Yantoi as keyboardist to assist them in flowering their music...The process was satisfying since Yantoi blended her own skills and styles in the songs "Mimpi permaisuri "... Cosa Nostra had finished their final recording and in preparation for their debut EP ...Cosa Nostra ...Hidup EP..Being very honest it's a kind of a new fresh sounds for Malaysian's Rock scene..
