A doctor friend of mine in Parit Buntar (yes another guitar-mad doc!) whom I see occasionally also mentioned your name when I met up with him recently.
But bro, I'm dying to hear more of your stuff. You mentioned somewhere that you were trying to get some of your old pieces remastered or something.
If you need my help, please let me know.
Cheers.

Does the Doctor friend of yours happen to be a cardiothoracic surgeon? If he does, then I think he has to be that great buddy of mine
Thanks for the offer to help me out bro, I will surely give you a shout when the time comes!
I've got another 2 tunes...orchestral/rock/fusion piece and a straightforward fusion tune which is not released yet on the net that I might upload later. But I'm more interested in going back to big bad rock music now...so as to acknowledge my roots! |

well, modesty can be interpreted in many ways mr bode. i agree with you though that you shamelessly pop up through my computer screen and tell me to vote this and that to make it to the charts but then again, it's a deed i do anytime for a super-multitalented rock artist like you |
Whoa..thanks man! It's cool people like you that keeps us going. Where would we be without you guys? |

He's a GP. We call him Dr Sam and he was in Sabah for a long while before he moved back to his hometown to set up clinic.
An old friend of his recently gave him a Warmoth vintage-style Strat as a sort of Christmas present. Lucky dude!
But there was a a cardiologist called Inbam who played drums in my old power-pop pub trio Kamasutra in KL in the early '90s. He's too tied up wth work to play music now though.
My younger brother is also a doctor with his own clnic in my hometown -- an overqualified GP as he has a PhD in gynaecology. But he's not musically inclined.
Anyway, looks like you docs are quite a creative and talented bunch. And I'm sure docs who play music are better at handling patients than those who don't.
Happy New Year!
