copy paste? hahah do not copy and paste...it doesnt make any different beside make it louder...you can try to apply predelay on the second track like around 20 - 60ms but it is not a good idea, or you can try haas effect...
i dont know how to determine to you how the sound ok or not...but usually as simple as this...if you record it right, most of the time it will be sitting in the mix right enough...maybe later you just need to mix to filter here and there and apply some light compression, and add some fx if you plan on to achieve certain kind of sounding. if in the mixing stage, you can just notice that the sound are not sit right at the spot that it should be...try listen to some example of your fav, and see how they sit in the mix and balance.
your right side guitar are dry and too hot, bunyi mmg besi habis..trenggg trenggg...macam takda body tone...try to compare with your solo...either you can record back by tweak the sound or try to eq it more...cut some high mid, try looking around 1k - 4k..boost abit around 3hz-500hz, lowpass 14khz, highpass 150hz...then slow down the guitar, make it like hearable but not louder than snare drum...a good idea as apply room type of reverb or spring reverb to it could be nice but avoid plate, using busses..play thru mix /dry/wet knob on the reverb..
overall your mix balance in panning is ok..level need to balance more, dont make the guitar beside solo are the strongest, i will kill others...just try to play more with drum room, add some reverb and predelay to create an environment to the mix..make it not too flat. _________________ Support Malaysia Local Band
