hallo guys,
aku baru jer perasan yg ader artikel pasal mcmana nak lindung lagu2 kita. so, aku dah isi borang, what should i do next...?
aku x brapa faham la dgn artikel tu, B.I dier dah capai tahap dewa, aku dah pening... aku setakat B.I seposen dua boleh la...
lepas aku isi borang, aku kene p suruhanjaya sumpah ka? then what? boleh x bagi explaination secara terperinci...?
maybe gryMlock and Bode can help me out here... or anyone lah, hehehe...

dude,
lepas dapatkan chop dan sain (kena bayar), from suruhanjaya sumpah tu, that's it lah. so next time kalau ko rasa lagu ko diciplak, maka document2 tu la yg ko akan present kan sebagai bukti yg lagu itu lagu kamu. documents tu yg disahkan oleh suruhanjaya sumpah tu menunjukkan pada sekian sekian haribulan ko dah menghasilkan sekian sekian lagu...dengan lampiran2 bukti seperti CD, scores, sheets, lyrics yg mana mmg benar kesemua karya itu adalah hak kau.
So pada aku, those bedroom musicians, indies, yg hanya berkarya utk suka2, tapi yakin yang karya mereka ni berkualiti dan tidak rela di ciplak, ni lah satu cara utk "protect" karya mereka.
tapi aku rasa kebanyakkan orang yg nak kan process ni bekerja utk mereka. meaning, lepas bikin segala macam ni, dia expect ada orang yg akan "handle" kan incase kalau ada apa2 dispute berlaku. This is not how it works aite?

wah thanks gryMlock for answering and moving this thread, aku x tau gak sebenarnya nak post kat mana.
sama jer la mcm masa aku ambik keje dlu rupanya... sebab, office aku dekat jerk dgn suruhanjaya sumpah, so senang,
aku bukan nak bikin kecoh ker aper, aku tau, org lain pun buat lagu gak, lagi gempak drp lagu aku, tapi xder pun buat copyright. sebab, aku penah dgr crita ripp off drp band yg amat ternama kat m'sia nie... band tu curi lagu drp band kecil perlis... aku x suka la kalo kene kat aku.

no prob. form yg dioffer free utk orang download tu mmg boleh di pakai tu. adjas2 ah. mmg direka khas utk mu.
another good thing to do is to get as many people to listen to your songs. skrg ni dgn teknologi internet, banyak online music distribution websites. i-bands is one of them. upload lah kat tempat2 lain gak...myspace, soundclick. bleh dijadikan reference jugak nanti.

i do have myspace and soundclick account. so nnt, aku kene print screen, then selitkan skali dgn borang tu eh?
lepas nie masak la aku, nak tulis tablature utk lagu2 aku, adeh!!!  |

setakat ni aku lom dengar lagi orang bikin print screen website utk dilampirkan.. but i think u should go ahead and do it. pasal most of the references masih berkisar tentang conventional music publishing.. CD, Kaset.. now ada new media (digital format), so aku rasa it's only logical to include whatever references u have lah.
good luck! dah bikin nanti citer lah aite?

| The best way to do this is actually write out your ideas.. and prove that you're the one who came up with them! Mail them to yourself... that way it's time stamped by the post office! |
