ok, ladies and gentlemens, for the past few weeks, i've been busy attending job interviews.
and finally i've ended up with two job offers.
now, company A needs me to come urgently (right away ASAP) tomorrow. i've already told them i'll come and report to the person in charge tomorrow morning
but then, company B just called me a few hours later and told me that i've got the job. now, company B is a really big company with vast businesses in it's operation. and its basic starting salary for fresh grads are much more than what company A is offering.
now, i haven't sign any agreement with company A. so can i just tell them tomorrow that i'm turning down the offer? i won't show up and so on. am i oblige to give them 2 weeks notice?

better bagitau company A that u will not come or tolak offer tu. Tak baik kan kalau buat tatau je. boleh bagitau. bagitau sekarang pun bleh kalau nak
aku tak sure pasal notice. sbb biasa nyer notis ni tuk mereka yg dah sah bekerja (agreement so on) so i will leave this part to someone else. |

Yup, since you haven't signed any agreement with company A, you can turn down the offer by calling them.
Go for the better company. It's a dog eat dog world in the commercial world. The company also won't pity you when they want to retrench you...so, you don't have to feel pity/bad towards any commercial corporate. They're as cruel as Darth Vader sometimes. |

thanks guys for your opinion. i've talked to a few mates of mine and they all basically said basically the same. so early next morning, i'm gonna give a call to company A to turn down the offer.

Kerja kat company besar, bidang kerja ko lebih specific. Kalau fresh graduate ni pada aku, bagus pergi company tak berapa besar je dulu. Nanti sure ko kena lanyak buat mcm2 kerja. Dari situ ko built quality kerja dan pengalaman ko. Dan lepas tu mungkin boleh dpt lagi besar punya company.
Tapi nasihat ikhlas aku, just ignore them both. Dok bilik main guitar je..best wo!
p/s: follow your heart.. aku cuma nak kasi ko keliru lagi! mueheheh

| izuan has a point too. In a small china-man company sometimes u will learn a lot as a fresh graduate - u do everything. But u work like a dog lah and earn peanuts. I have gone through that when I graduated...eventually I got fed up and join bigger companies. However I am still not satisfy with the big companies....now I think all commercial corporate sucks...regardless big or small...hope I can be my own boss one day...then my workers can curse me....hahaha |

since ko ader options...crk yg lebih senang bagi ko.. example...locations...workwise..kalau gaji byk pun duit ko habis kat travel,kerja berat..hati tak senang buat per....yg penting hati senang...kerja ada..gaji ada...tu dah kira ok..
gaji byk tapi hati tara senang pun ada susah ooo...just my oppinion..

| i was in the same situation a few months back. but i chose the company that was in the middle, not so big, not so small. Im still pretty dumb but im learning a lot of new things. but like izuan said...id rather stay in my room and make music...HAHA. |

aisey terlambat.
keburukan kerja kat kompeni besar ni.
kau kerja macam keldai, tapi orang atasan yg dapat nama.
kompeni kecik pun bleh jugak jadi situasi yg sama. tapi apa gila kalau orang lain tak perasan ko kerja cam nak mati.
but apa apa pun...
