ery.. ritchie kotzen ni technical guitarist yg power. Ko cari la lagu dia dan dgr.
min: many guitarists can play blues but to consider them as blues guitarist i think, certain aspects should be accounted. Basic question is does he "memperjuangkan irama blues" like ygwie did for his shred style? dan bila dengar album blues guitarist.. from the 1st song to the end is all blues..

asyik mempertikaikan credibiliti aku jer....kwkekwkek....ko tak tau ker richie kotzen pernah kuarkan album blues....
he is right now mainly palying blues la wan.....people all over the world especially guitar palyers love his blues work....die memang dulu shredder jadi fusion player pastu die tukar arah jadi blues lak....tak caya lagi??

The best thing about Richie is, even though he is now blues and feel oriented, he still gives you 'shreddy' surprises in the middle of a really 'slowhand' kinda solo...and when he does his feel thang, he can even 'outfeel' the 'feel' guys...Clapton and Allman has had high praises for him...saying something along the lines of him sounding like he's been playing blues since the last 30 yrs or so.
Evrything in a neat package!
I wouldnt go as far as calling him a blues guitarist....but damn...he can really play the blues when he wants to...
Jason Becker is also known to have played some deep deep blues stuff just before he got ill....wot a loss...  |
