dulu gua pun kena jugak. selalu kalau letih sangat atau balik dari outstation, long trip, misti kena.
but i learnt a trick. to snap out of it, whenever the weight settles on ur chest, u cant move, cant scream, and when u hear funny noises, try moving your little finger. just a little will enable u to snap outta it. i tried it, it worked, but when ur up, dont go back to sleep instantly. get up, drink something, walk around, make sure ur blood is circulating properly, then go back to sleep, sideways.
Once i snapped out, i went back to sleep instantly, it came back that instant. it felt funny, i was moving my pinky, snapped out, it came back, then i snapped out and it came back. was pretty fun. after that occasion, i dont get them no more.
But i heard a damn evil laughter that nite when it happened. Thank god its not happening no more. _________________ My Music...

I used to stay in a housing area infamous for haunted houses at Kangar when I was a kid. Weird things occurred in almost every houses. Some claimed to have seen weird figures including during day time, baby's crying, fireball flying around in the house, etc. Some I believe were noises made by animals i.e. cats. Dogs' howling was very common there too. It's like living in a forest. The location is actually near some paddy fields and Malay kampung. An old Malay man from the kampung told my parents that a lot of people were killed by the Japanese during WW2. He also blamed that the old generation of Malays used to keep those spirits and when they passed away, the spirits roamed around freely. True or not, I am not sure. Even my family members claimed to have seen ghosts in our house.
Back to the topic related to sleep. I remember waking up one night in that house when I was about 4-6 years old and saw 3 figures inside the big cupboard in the form of light. I cannot remember the colour of the light anymore but I think the background colour was red. I could see the figure of a man, a woman and a child. I was so scared that I closed my eyes and slept again. I am not sure whether it's a dream or reality.
I also used to hear a voice whenever I was alone that called out "faster..faster..faster.." when living in that house. I could not remember what language was used. Why "faster"? Faster to do what? I have no idea. This could be my own imagination though. I always played with imagined friends when I was a kid and I talked to myself |

creepy story there totzien. Sabah had quite a dominant Japanes occupation era, only which ive noticed recently, theyve influenced our language to agree(as to why our speech phonetics are similar to the japanes if not the words - a fact i found out while my Johorian housemate was watching a japanes movie and made the startling comparison as to the TV and me speaking on the phone to my sister when we were in australia), we have a Kampung Jepun here where they all still speak japanese within the boundaries, australians and bristih come here every year or so for some railway of death memorial service, and ofcourse, those god awful horror stories. My asrama use to be a japanese base..so they say, and we would hear ppl marching in the middle of the night all the time. After a while i didnt bother with it anymore until figures running through the dorms and through the walls woke everybody up..haha, guess those ghosts have to keep up new tricks to keep us scared..haha. |

Talk about creepy stories...I used to write a lot in my previous company when I was too free in the office. I think one of my ex-colleague still collects them. Most of them were stories about my haunted housing area or those told by friends/relatives.
I heard a lot of ghost stories during college and uni days too. The uni ones I dismissed all of them as bullshit although it occurred in England which is infamous for supernatural stuff.
The most creepy story I have ever heard was from a Malay ex-colleague who used to study in a Mara institute in Perlis. The moment I told her my hometown, she said "kotor tempat tu". I thought she said Perlis was full of rubbish...being unsatisfied with my prediction, I asked her for more details. She said one night she was in a room with her room-mate. She was studying or something...when she talked to her room-mate, her room-mate never answered her. She was annoyed and continued studying. At one point, she saw her room-mate entered the room and she asked her room-mate why she never answer her question. The room-mate told her she wasn't even in the room earlier. Who was my friend talking to previously?
Someone also told me about midnight soldiers marching in Georgetown, Penang and also UUM. |
