I can't understand this? Is this a humour or what?

i think he was referring to copyright issues..a poor man's way of having his/her work copyrighted is to mail himself via registered mail their own work...of course you cant open the package..

Why mailing himself via registered mail will be able to ensure it's copyrighted? Sorry, I still can't think of a logic. Maybe I am too dumb. Embarassed

Uncle siang.

let say ada orang curi lagi kita. and kita absolutely sure. nanti di mahkamah boleh gunakan sebagai bukti. kita boleh includekan anything. Recorded songs, music sheets, lyrics. So dari tarikh mail tu. boleh determine yg kita buat dulu sebelom penciplak.

a better way to go bout doing this ialah...to have a statuory declaration.. siap ngan stamping from the commisioner of oath. so includekan sekali ah mender tu dalam package yg nak di mail kan ke diri sendiri. lagi credible lah dibandingkan dengan without this papers.

templates ada di copyright articles

To keep self-addressed registered packages of your original recordings in case somebody decides to steal your ideas. But whether it would be admissible in court or not is entirely up to the judge.

In any case, any kind of measure to protect your artistic output is better than none! Very Happy

Other than post it to our own address. Are there any other way? Do we need to pay for it?

I've been told that this is not valid anymore.
