Ok, sebelum gua mula post ni, gua nak cakap satu bende...
We all warez, or have warezed software at one point or another in our lives. Just admit it. If you deny it, live in any city or town in Malaysia, and are a true Malaysian, then you are a big fat liar. Period.
Ahem. ANYWAY............
Tadi aku pegi usha software kat imbi. Dengar cite Sonar 5 da kuar. Saje la ingat nak try.
Now, the only place that sells good pirated audio stuff is at that one spot at Imbi where you have to go downstairs, like the basement or something. And that shop is known for being BLOODY CEKIK DARAH... where all other stuff like games and apps are being sold for 5 or 10 bux, AUDIO stuff is being sold RM 15 CHEAPEST. And the other ones can go higher from 40 bucks, to even 200 bucks for stuff like Sampletank2 and other sample collections!
Not that I'm complaining, tapi macam sial gak la sebenarnya, jual cetak rompak pastu kaut gila-gila nye... tapi ape nak buat kan, kalau dah nak sangat tu, pastu takde duit nak beli software ori, mesti nak beli gak walaupun harga RM 60 untuk satu CD... better than paying RM 800 kan?
Anyway. Back to Sonar 5. Saje je tanye tokey tu, "Sonar 5 ade tak?".

All I can say is:
WTF.
Die ade explain alasan die, tapi memang tak masuk akal la. Kalau die betul la semangat nak menjual cetak rompak, kalau harga da gile babi camtu, siape nak beli? Baik saving duit sket lagi, beli ori terus!! Gile betol...
ANYWAY the point of this post is NOT that I'm complaining that I can't get cheap warez and I am not demanding rights or anything, but let's push all of that aside and talk about the pirate shop owner for a sec. What makes him think people are going to spend RM 1000 on warez? It's just f#@kin' ridiculous, don't you think?
Seriously, these peoples' attitudes are getting worse and worse...
No, I don't say that I'm any better than them - after all, if I'm so good, why would I even rant about pirated software or even bother with warez, right. BUT again, the point here is, pirated software is supposed to be CHEAP. Imagine selling a copied disk for a thousand bucks. What if some poor fool is tricked into his illogical reasons and decides to shell out a thousand bucks for a PIRATED CD? Think how much money that bugger is making for nothing?? As it is, he's already selling audio CDs for ridiculous prices.

i know that place.. it sucks...simply just don't support them anymore... get a streamix... n download... that's better for warez...

tapi dengan streamyx pon, susah la, pasal susah nak cari site yang offer working downloads...
Looks like everyone knows that place. Good thing I'm not the only one!
Tapi that's the only place that sell audio software... tempat lain semua apps dan games saja...
You know what the guy said why Sonar 5 is RM 1000?
"Nak dapat original copy sangat mahal, tapi tak banyak sale pasal bukan semua orang pakai sound software. Jadi kami rugi."
That has got to be the stupidest thing I EVER heard. They probably downloaded it at some warez site. What a load of bullshit. Pastu ada hati nak jual RM 1000, lagi kata "ini original copy, memang boleh install takde problem".
And yet he wonders why his audio CDs aren't selling. Idiot! |
