pengalaman aku kat Melbourne
aku masuk dlm kedai Swarovsky kat sini
first time aku gi yg jaga White Aussies
mmg diorang polite gile dan layan aku sbg customer
walopun aku dtg dlm keadaan serabai
end up aku beli satu item krystal + emas psl punyela aku satisfied dgn layanan diorang
kali kedua aku pergi dlm keadaan yg sama masa aku tgh cr benda utk besday member aku,yg jaga adelah org Asian
gile aku tunggu kat situ dlm setengah jam,tak dilayan2 jugak
end up aku pegi beli model keter F1 Mercedes kat kedai berdekatan sbb yg menjaganya (White Aussies lagi) gile mesra sama aku
dan ade bnyk jugak la insiden2 lain yg lebih kurang sama
kat kedai fotostat la,kedai makan la,kedai sewa sistem PA la
kalo White Aussies gerenti mesra walopun ko takde rupe org berduit kalo Asians mmg susah gile nak cari yg mesra pelanggan walopun sebenonye ko dah ready duit bnyk gile |

well, in UK I admired the hi-fi chain stores called Richer Sounds. Service was excellent. Price was good (these days the currency rate is killing...so I dunno). I was a hi-fi freak when I was there.
In one incident, my friend bought a pair of Mission speakers. After several months, he noticed a hole on the speaker's cover. He managed to exchanged the cover without any question asked. Actually my friend planned not to buy anything from them if they didn't allow the cover to be replaced. He ended up buying a set of home theather system and I bought a cassette deck.
Another case was when I bought a jacket for my convocation. The salesman was very helpful although finding a jacket with the right size for me was very difficult. I think it took him an hour to find one that was slightly more suitable and took all the measurement to alter it. The shop didn't have altering service. I was told to see a tailor a few streets away. The tailor was an old lady. She told me she was overloaded with too many clothes and could not alter it on time. We chatted for a while and she recommended me another tailor...she even called up the other tailor to confirm whether the other tailor could do the altering job on time. That's what I call an excellent service - the old lady didn't even make any money out of this. It's not even a big company....it's just a small home tailoring business.... Sometimes I am ashamed of some local big corporate in Malaysia. |

Another thing about buying stuff in Malaysia, especially hardware.
If they see that you look like the kind that has money and actually wants to buy something... cewahh... bukan main layan lagi.
Then when you got questions about the thing you bought, or have problems, you phonecall them and they yell on the phone like you're a piece of thrash. It gets worse when you actually have to CARRY the god damn thing back to the shop, and they don't layan you... macam sial!
I think if I was a hot chick with nice boobs and a tight ass, and a fashion model face, I would get better layanan... I dunno... :/ |
