Aku tengah gatal berangan nak beli Mac G5 satula...taruk Logic Pro, Delta 66...mesti best kan??

64bit processor on OSX....Logic Pro fine tuned to run on the new 64 bit processor....sounds tasty..

Or should I wait for the new Intel Itanium processors??

Anybody here have experience with Macs??

Why should I get one/why shouldn't I...let me know..

im using mac.. the things is takde benda different pun between pc and mac.. just mac senang nak pakai but.. troubleshooting much more harder then pc.. about d.a.w processor only helps if you using VST /RTAS plugins.. sometimes certain card would do the any dynamics processing on the card itself.. i would suggest go for p.c coz it cheaper and still can do the job. and configure your p.c with the rocemended chipset and stuff..

My ideal setup for my own rig would be, Mac G5 with ProTools 002 + analog to digital converter so i can get 16 inputs all togather. Or i might consider a portable apple G4 powerbook. angan angan.. ahahahha..

A Mac G5 Dual processor would be nice... but the drawback is i will have to re-learn everything from scratch.... not an easy thing to do when you are seasoned to PC's. Plus the software will cost me so much money....

Im not prepared to be frustrated learning the software all over again...

So it looks like i will be going down the PC route. Familiar territory. Safe.

At least with a PC i can troubleshoot it easily if something goes wrong...if a Mac broke down i wouldn't have a fucking clue!! Laughing
