I'm having a hellish broadband experience for more than 2 weeks now. At the office.. on Streamyx Enterprise package.. and we always have somekind of problems every month! now.. takda internet. kalau ada pun page load selo nak mampos and timeout. (i'm on backup line now so it's pretty much ok)
ada sesapa pernah guna or sedang guna Time Broadband? boleh cerita tak macamana keadaannya. reliable? how many downtime roughly u guys are having? _________________ [ Kluk Kluk Adventure ] | [ Call the Paramedics ] | [ Dot ] | [ AJEEPEK ] |

ofis aku ari tuh biar pun 256...
donlod 10mb dalam 5 minit waktu sibuk...
kalau kat sibuk 3 minit jer kot hehe
tapi tourist slalu komplen knape tenet slow...
yelah negara derang tenet laju nak mampos...
tenet slow pun sebab staff sume donlod lah
ym lah... radio internet lah..

I got the same problem too for 5 days!!!!!!!! I ain't got no internet for 5 days lol. I phoned them for like 4 times!!! They said they will send a technician la, itu la.. then I made a report then they said, oh sorry, our system is down so we cannot check this and that, please call back at blablabla...
The next day which is today, I called them again but to no avail. Tak dapat pun. Macam offline. Strange, perhaps they don't wanna receive any more complains?? After few hours, suddently the internet is okay. Weird. Kekadang bila call mesti line bz la. Tak larat aku nak layan waiting call nyer lagu tu. |

haha sama la wei. selalunya for network user cam gua ni, dia akan soh buat those basic tests... direct connection.. check phone line without splitter.. a couple of time.. bila aku dah susah susah pi bikin... lepas tu dia cakap.. "oh nampaknya mmg ada problem kat area encik... saya akan pass ke 2nd level.. encik boleh tunggu dalam talian selama 2 minit? saya buat report skrg"
pada aku sepatutnya dia dah ada dah list area yg tgh problem pada hari tu. So tayah la client susah payah nak check network sendiri. By the way, apa punca semua nie arr? Where can we send complaints to their boss, ceo or whoever yg berkuasa besar so that nanti problems ni boleh direducekan sket. |
