Teruk sangat ke Streamyx connection? Aku guna Time Broadband kat ofis, ok je... happy ah.

rasenya kalu kita nk tackle mende nih sumone should do a write-up to the press highlight the terrible service dorang kat media sbb in m'sia kalu kuar tv baru la ada org nk gerakkan jubo dia buat keje..
my beef wit TMnet is not sgt the connection n such but their punya billing system.
1 small prob which took them from Jan till now to solve which is still pending mind u..
oh another thing, yg call center dorang tuh mati la lagi bagus..langsung xde hasil, agaknya org yg dorang employ langsung x diberi training ke hape kot.. hahaha but thats just a generalization.. _________________ hari gelap bulan jun |

sometimes it's good to drop by at their office to lodge a complaint.
Years ago, I had a big problem with my fixed line. I went straight to the office. I didn't even scream and shout. The clerk at the help desk even thanked me for being patient. I was called inside the office of one of the officers or managers to discuss about the issue. After 1 day, the issue was resolved. Sometimes, the workers of TM need someone higher rank to push..otherwise, they won't move. The manager/officer even gave me her direct line to complain in case nobody did anything. I didn't keep the number as I have moved away from that area (Tmn Cempaka) |

Latest issue
Slow connection betwwen Time and TM/Streamyx
The latency is good within TIME network and able to reach TMNet network.
But after dat, beyond the hop of the trace result, it'll request time out at TMNet network cloud. So it just hangs der. _________________ Egad! |
