I noticed that everytime I play the geetar I would be lost if I don't use a pick. The playing will not be as great as when I use a pick. Do you experience it to?

my tips is, keep pick in your wallet, 1 or 2 pieaces will do. so u wont be lost again.....
I do keep my own stocks of picks at home.... Reason is, pick is some wear n tear things... for sure you will throw it a way...
And dont use torn out pick evenit still can be use. ur string might break easily, the tone wont come out right.... |

Well, actually it's not about losing pick. It's about not being able to play very well without the pick = finger picking.

main kaki ayam gelecek laju je.
nak rembat pun kencang.
tapi kalau rembat tonjol mmg sakit la.
anyway,yea pick is very important thing.
but still i can play without pick (just strumming la)

emmm..exercise aku takde.
tp kau try main lagu Romanza dgn Asturias.
tu byk membantu aku dulu.
lg 1,try buat alternate picking ( yg pkai pick tu ) dgn gunakan jari kau.
tak kisahla ape2 pattern, itu membantu jgk. |

practice make perfect, i start with slow motion, then speed it up, may be u guys can use metronmoe as guidance,
favourite style is up and down picking,
general idea about picking technic:
-single picking(mostly use)
-down picking(james hetfield use this)
-up and down picking.(Vini moore i guess, using this) |
