| yeke izuan? awat tak angkat..ish ish..tula harga die lepas discount dpt la rm800.. aku nak beli bukan nak pakai buat recording ke apa..ni sbb nak bawak main live..effects die pon aku tanak pakai..just nak pakai amp modeller..kasi dpt sound twin reverb or ac30...effects suma dtg dari stompboxes..nanti kira senang la..mana2 main live..sound yg sama jugak keluar..hati puas.. |

baik ko beli floorbased punya modeller la mcm Vamp2 ke..(baru Rm400). Kalau ada duit lebih beli POD 2.0 kat CK skrg sale Rm900 boleh dpt. POD XT: RM1450, POD Xt Live : RM1600.
Ada jual package kat Ck POD 2.0 + Line 6 Floorboard : RM1450
murah tu bai.. kalau tak floorboard tu je dah RM1200. Available sampai hujung tahun ni saja!

yeap..tapi semua2 tu still kene cucuk kat mana2 amp..certain places cam Paul's Place punya amps mmg hancur..and centain places punya p.a tak baguih..tu yg bikin leceh
aku penah pakai v-amp2..bunyi clean die tak memikat hatiku..haha..pod punya best sket |

v-amp clean kan boleh apply mcm2 amp modelling? semua tak best ker? kalau nak beli POD, tu denhock ada nak jual Demo unit punya POD 2.0..
ko mintak dia rm7-800 jer.. kalau lebih2 baik ko beli baru kat CK.. RM900(silap2 boleh kurang lagi).

biasa kalo pakai preamp module ne, tak kisah aper amp, tapi try cucuk kat return amp trus la.

Aha, biasa amp yang besar besor ne ada loop return and send.
Atau biasa ada amp murah yang ader mic punya input tu pun boleh cucuk juga.
Sebanenarnya keyboard amp yang paling sesuai utk live perform ne kalo pakai module. Atau tube power amp. selain cucuk kat PA of mixer. Amp bass kadangkala boleh terima module lebih bagus berbanding amp guitar.

I was using a Behringer GX108 Firebird for about two years. It is a great vintage sounding 15 watt amp and I will even go as far as saying that this is the best 15 watt amp you can buy for less than RM400. The clean is beautiful and it has enough gain for early Iron Maiden and Metallica. Looks very retro too. Definitely recommended for a first practice amp.
My main amp is a Peavey 5150 combo I bought about two months ago from Mr. Keng of Awakening Studios for a very good price. Despite being a 60 watt combo amp, it is definitely loud enough and if I need extra firepower, I can always hook a 4X12 cab to it. It came with JJ's 12AX7 preamp and 6L6GC power tubes, widely regarded as the best combo for the 5150.
The 5150 needs no introduction. It is the Scandinavian Death Metal sound.
But despite its reputation as a high gain amp, it can do old school stuff very well too. And the clean channel on the combo is pretty good due to the correct bias. The rhythm channel sounds very British and with the crunch in, instant hotrodded Marshall sound (Van Halen). The lead channel is insane, it has enough gain for any kind of current metal and beyond.
The only drawback is that this is an extremely heavy amp. It's almost 50kg and you will need two person to carry this. It is a futile effort to move this amp alone.
Mr Keng has another one he might want to sell for less than RM3K. Go get it quick, it is a steal.
The amp on my wishlist is a Plexi 50 watt clone from Nik of www.ceriatone.com
I got to test it out recently when I was at his shop for some tubes and damn, it is loud, super clean, and bright. And the price is very reasonable too. About RM3K for the 50 watt head.
His work is top notch and he is an extremely friendly guy.

my friend Mr Riki Rahman also using nik's clone amp and is very happy now. (happy sampai nak jual JMP 70s dia)
one day i'll ask nik to create my amp too but still dont know what model.. but i love Marshalls..
