Yep...in that song alone there are guitar solos by all these guitarists(in the order of appearance in the song):
Dweezil Zappa
Zakk Wylde
Steve Lukather
Warren DeMartini
Nuno Bettencourt
Tim Pierce(I'm not too sure about this last one...do check for mistake in the name/spelling)
The original version on the LP/CD featured Donny Osmond on vocals (to be frank on this song Donny kicked the asses of so many so called rock vocalists...made lotsa established ones sound like posers). Then he released the one with Ozzy on it...loved both versions.
That's some history lesson for you kids... |

I loved everything from the Bee Gees...even the disco era...if you take away the throbbing disco beat, white suit, gold medallion on the hairy chest...you will discover great song structure which is unequalled up to this day...
Ok ok...I have a confession...I actually LOVE DISCO...they call me DISCO STU...
In my cassette/LP collection, you can find Anita Ward(next to AC/DC), Bee Gees(next to Jake E. Lee's Badlands), Three Degrees(next to TNT), disco re-mixes of The Empire Strikes Back soundtrack, Earth Wind and Fire, Donna Summer(next to Deep Purple)...
But even with all these...I still rock more than you do, babies...
Excuse me while I strut my stuff...*Bode dons his white suit and starts to BOOGIE to 'Disco Inferno'*

haha dr bode...
even if you listen to dangdut u still rock more than us combined..
anyway bukannya aku tak suka disco..i like disco music too especially yg ada bunyi gitar minor 11th ... tapi byk orang ingat bee gees tu just disco era punya music padahal they have been putting out great songs way b4 that ... yeah you're right about their song structure..hari tu i was checking out unplugged performance of jive talking and i was like dang that's nice when it's played like that on guitar... _________________ my photoblog - http://sigemok.blogspot.com |
