alo pakar pakar guitar sekalian...
nak tanya sikit..
volume pot peavey predator aku rosak..sometimes bunyi jadi slow...ketuk2 sikit ade balik..hehe...
so aku ingat nak tukar terus jer...
ape korang recomend..? kena beli variable resistor kat kedai guitar tu ker ...bole carik kat jalan pasar jer?....
ade suggestion lain?

Biasanya, kalo guitar pickup ori adalah HSS, bermakna guitar tu masih ikut configure single coil. Maksudnya hambuker yang kat bridge tu selalunya bukan humbuker high output. Lebih kurang hambuker tu punya output adalah rendah lebih kurang single coil yang Dua tu.
So adalah lebih baik guna 250K berbanding 500k.

... dan aku suggest beli pot yg elok skit, yg ada brand mcm Fender ke, Gotoh ke, mahal skit la about RM20 - RM45.. jgn beli yg cap ayam kat jln Pasar tu.. memang la murah, tak sampai RM5 pon tapi bila ko turn the pot, the volume will increase suddenly - i mean dia tak gradually la.. faham tak? kalau nak buat sound tu fade-out / fade-in tak cun la.. dia akan mute dgn mengejut (kalau fade-out).

Aha betul cakap dedzid tu,
Jangan ler terlalu kedekut kat guitar guitar anda. hehhehe.
Walocam mana pun pot murah biasa ada banyak ralat, kengkadang tulis 250k tapi tak samapun max dia. And banyak masalah bila pusing knob, maksudnya dia punya range max and min kurang jitu...
cth volume kat mak and separuh pusing tak banyak beza, tapi bila dah lepas separuh tetiba volume turun banyak giler.
Pesanan dari saudara izuan, check ler pot kat kedai guna multimeter (ohm) sebelom anda membelinya. Try pusing knob slow slow supaya boleh nampak output turun smooth ker tak... hahahha.

cannot simply just pakai any volume control pot, for guitar, MUST check the unit matches your pickup requirement, or at least get a pot which is 250K value.

kena bawak multimeter la masa nak beli pots wahahah!..
pesanan, hati2 kalau beli pots jenama Gotoh kat Doremi atau mana kedai guitar se-Malaysia yg ada jual pots tu.. Aku dah beli pots tu dan tak ada bezanya dgn pots murah2 yg berharga RM0.80 kat jalan pasar(mengikut pengalaman yg aku kena). Pastu aku sangsi dgn jenama Gotoh pada packing dia. Ade ke Gotoh buat POTS?
better beli pots branded mcm fender/Ernie Ball atau kalau nak yg betul2 murah, mcm pots yg harganya rm0.80 kat jalan pasar tapi check betul2 guna multimeter. So belajo le guna multimeter dulu.. every guitarist should know how to use multimeter..

ahh cibet... aku dah beli pon pot GOTOH ari tuh!! siut je! nasib baik baru beli satu...
tapi kengkadang Fender punya pot pon tak betul, camne tu? brand apa lagi yg boleh kita percayai?
