of course...tapi what's the point of giving up? John Lennon and Paul McCartney pun at first kata their first single, Love Me Do (1962), was agak sucky to begin with. The best attitude is to just do it, write it, record it, play it....without TOO MUCH thought. Kadang -kadang the thing that is holding you back is your own doubts. You rock, you know you do, keep rocking then. _________________ is this thing on? |

Everything will start to sound bad after repetitive listening, just let it cool off for a while and go back to it later... Go play some counterstrike, or some indoor soccer, or hopscotch ke..guli ke...zero point ke... or go have fun with the mrs. or something..a fresh new perspective after an invigorating physical activity will always help.
If you still feel theres something wrong, ZERO in on it and make it rite. Silence that nagging doubt you ahve in your head whenever that shitty part plays. Discipline yourself into redoing things until you get it rite...dont go into a habit of self denial making urslef believe its good and cool eventhough u know its not what you want it to sound like...never revel in a celebration of the mediocre... as Mr synthdude here once posted, "if you think its crap, then it probably is crap"..or something liek that. |

at least you have the motivation to write new songs.
from the mid of last year up until now, i have the lack of motivation to write any songs.
sometimes, there are these rare moments that i start to do them but eventually i stop halfway after hearing back a couple of riffs. man i suck. _________________ "life is what you make it"

most of my songs were initially crap stuff..! but then later i played them over and over again ..changed keys..tunggang terbalikkan dia..lama2 they turned into something..by the time they got to the studio they made more sense...
it takes time la brader utk develop..sabor je but at the same time keep trying.. |
