actually, aku lagi suka cara CK Music.. diaorang akan buat dono kat kita sampai kita yg pegi jumpa diaorang.. so aku boleh kluar masuk CK music tanpa diganggu oleh salesman yg beriya-iya nak menjual produk.. heheh

mcm hari tu, aku gi JS Music nak test SansAmp Tri-AC.. aku kena tunggu dekat sejam sbb masa tu Rozhan (bassist Metalasia) tgh demo product utk slot "Homegrown" 8TV.. so aku pun merayau ke CK, then dtg balik ke JS - tak abis lagi.. so dtg balik ke CK.. proses ni berulang lebih 3 kali kot hahah... aku kluar-masuk CK mcm invisible man..

lepas test Tri-AC tu, aku tak puas hati then aku gi balik ke CK, kali ni aku jumpa sales person dan tanya pasal produk Zoom, siap test puas2 lagi.. layanan ok je... sbb diaorang tau, bebudak ni biasanya nak tengok2 barang je, bila nak beli (atau test), pandai2 la jumpa sales person, kan?

there's two type of customer...

ader yg suka dilayan, ader yg x suka dilayan langsung sampaikan biler org kedai layan, diorg anggap annoying...

sesetengah kedai nie try to make the customer feel confortabel biler masuk kedai diorg... so xleh salahkan kedai tu 100%... Wink

aku suka mcm ni,sbb aku akn rs tak bebas klo salesman asik follow je aku tgk2 brg. tp aku slalu jumpe brader takde rambut kt CK tu bile pegi CK. kt bentley,aku jumpe membe aku utk test sume gitar2 baru. hehehe
test je...nak beli tak mampu.

aku jarang g CK... so xleh nk citer ape2 psl CK. hehehe. kalau kat bentley kene tgk time... kadang2 ade org lyn... kdg2 x... pastu kdg2 layanan baik... kdg2 lynn mcm sial.. hehe. kat doremi ok. walaupun aku g situ pakai slipper jepun (15 minit jln dr umah aku) ngan jeans koyak2... diorg still lyn aku. mcm g bentley aku kene ikut nasihat deadzid... pakai "kaye" skit. Razz

kengkawan, jangan confius dengan phrase "tak dilayan", it not about sell man ikut kat mana u pergi. Aku pun tak suka kalo masuk kedai and salesgirl ikut kemana jer kita pergi seolah olah aku ne pencuri besar. Dan aku pun faham kalo masuk hyper market and stuff gaint or tesko buat tak tau jer ker ujudan aku. Aku pun biasa gi bentley, bila di tanya nak beli aper aku just kata window shopping tapi aku akan tanya ada aper barang baru or sales or offer. Then the sales man akan bagi tip then last they ill let kita walk around tanpa gangguan. Woh fatt pun bagi aku dah ada peningkatan, walopun masih polisi kalo nak beli baru boleh test. Atleast dah mudah bertanya or minta pendapat.

1. Aku tak nak kedai alat music jadi hyper market or 7eleven, aku masuk ambik trolly or bakol, and aku masuk guitar, gagdet and aper jer barang aku endak and surong kat kuanter bagi duit and blah. Still have to smile masa bayar duit kat kuanter... hehehhehe. kalo tulis layan diri kat situ aku terpaksa itut lah.
2. Aku rasa aku masih waras utk membezakan hyper market, seven eleven, kedai vcd cetak rompak, gerai petaling street, pasar malam and sebuah kedai alatan music. So kita tau sedikit pasal cam na nak tawar, nak mintak cash discount, kene charger 3 persent ker pasal pakai card creadit. Sekali tanya harga mesti kene beli macam kat petaling street or sebagainya. Atau ader barang baik tak boleh bising bising macam orang jual vcd pirate... daaaa. Rasanya customer faham akan ini.
3. Aku rasa pun aku masih sedar psikology why masa nak test gadget orang ketak atas kerusi or meja supaya kita tak guna kaki utk display item tu. And masih tau bile nak test guitar guna pick atau pakai jari jer. Atau berapa kuat nak blass diorang punya amp.
4. At least u senyum kat orang yang bukak pintu kedai u or bertanya "boleh saya bantu anda" [skima sungguh ayat ne]. jangan lah sampai kalo kita bertanya, dia jawab sepatah and paling kat tempat lain buat hal sendiri. [ini aku ketegorikan kes tak dilayan bukan sebab aku salahkan selesman ikut belakang aku].
5. at least let we know, aper yang terbaru, aper yang tengah offer, aper yang best. Setau aku 7eleven jer tak pernah bagi tau pun kalo ader product baru melainkan ader poster promosi ker aper. Let we know. update ur website or sebagainya. Berkembang nya iband and jamtank, aku rasa dah banyak orang tau kegunaan internet for carik maklumat, compare harga, tengok rating and sebagainya. Even aku sendiri pun buat research dulu baru nak test gaget kat kedai. Kalo tak sedap betul ker, kalo best sangat nak tengok or dengar bebetul lah juga.
6. Aku rasa mereka perlu anggap costumer kat melaysia adalah costumer yang bijak. kalo setakat tunggu dan lihat jer costumer lalu lalang seolah olah mereka beranagapan kita costumer tahap cikat. Adakah korang menag suka di kelaskan sebagai pelangan cikai?
7. kita punya first impresion biasanya yang bagi kita teruja. kalo dah first dah out tak tau lah aku other time. Bukan ler aku pergi kat kedai music hali hali macam aku perkena teh mamak kat maulana serdang setiap petang.
8. Yea mungkin kena pakai kaya skit...hehhehe
9. Biar pelangan tau aper yang ader, aper yang baru, aper yang sales, aper yang paling bagus, aper yang paling murah. Brief them sekurang kurangnya. kalo i tak der duit ari ne, heheheh, tapi kalo dah teruja mungkin la tu juga gua sanggup keluarkan cash dari atm or sorong card kedit or sebagainya.
10. Jangan melapak kalo dah jadi salesman atas alasan sajer nak bagi customer raa lebih bebas. Kalo tengah kerja bersihkan itu dan ini, or bz setup itu dan ini ,tu sure aku consider.

Jangan kecik ati lah kalo melibatkan kengkawan kita juga. Just bertukar pendapat. Bukan nak mengusutkan keadaan tapi berhasrat agar segalanya lebih selesa. Maybe utk anak cucu aku yang nak beli guitar satu ari nanti... hahahahah.

teringat aku satu kisah di Woh Fatt.. masa tu member aku nak beli Les Paul, so dia ajak aku pegi sekali. Then dia berminat dgn satu Epiphone kat dlm cermin tu.. begini la conversation di lebih kurang...

pernah kat the mines, aku masuk kat satu kedai tu nak tgk jeans, kalau ada yg berkenan aku sambar la. Bila masuk jer ada amoi tanya "cari apa.." aku ckp nak tgk jeans.. then dia pun start ikut aku. Aku berhenti, dia berhenti(sambil tanya size semua). Aku maju setapak dia maju setapak. Aku patah balik kebelakang, dia pun patah balik. Amoi tu pun ikut la laju perlahan.. follow jer.. last2 aku tak tahan aku pandang dia aku gelak.. dia pun gelak.. pastu aku blah..

dulu aku ada pegi Mahogany... brader tu kasik aku try satu gitar PRS single-cut.. then aku tanya harga, dia kata RM13k.. cepat2 aku letak balik dlm hardcase, takut jatuh! hahahah..
